Claims (25)
- 분화된 세포군에 있어서, 5% 이상의 세포가 내생적 유전자로부터 제 II 형 콜라겐 또는 아그레칸을 합성하고, 상기 분화된 세포군이 영장류 다능성 줄기 (pPS) 세포주의 시험관 내 (in vitro) 자손이고, 상기 분화된 세포군이 이들이 유래된 pPS 세포주와 동일한 게놈을 갖는 분화된 세포군.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, pPS 세포가 인간 배아 줄기 세포이거나 인간 포배에서 수득된 세포의 자손인 분화된 세포군.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1% 미만의 세포가 엘라스틴, 제 I 형 콜라겐, 제 X 형 콜라겐, 또는 오스테오칼신을 합성하는 분화된 세포군.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 분화된 세포군의 수득 방법에 있어서, pPS 세포를 응집물로 분화시키고, 분화된 세포를 연골세포 분화 인자의 혼합물과 배양하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 연골세포 분화 인자의 혼합물에 전환 성장 인자 (TGF), 섬유아세포 성장 인자 (FGF), 성장 및 분화 인자 (GDF), 골 형태형성 단백질 (BMP), 헤지호그 단백질 (HH), L-아스코르브산, 및 부갑상선 호르몬 관련 단백질 (PTHrP) 로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 인자가 포함되는 방법.
- 연골 생성 방법에 있어서, 세포군이 제 II 형 콜라겐 또는 아그레칸을 합성하는 조건 하에서 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 분화된 세포군을 인큐베이션시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 생체 내 연골의 생성, 보수 또는 유지를 위한 약학 조성물에 있어서, 생체 내에서 재흡수되는 매트릭스와 조합된 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 분화된 세포군을 포함하는 조성물.
- 관절 외상, 관절염, 또는 골관절염의 치료 또는 성형 수술에서의 사용을 위한 의약 제조에 있어서의 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 분화된 세포군의 이용 방법.
- 췌장 호르몬 분비 세포를 생성하기 위한 시스템에 있어서, 제 1 항의 분화된 세포군, 및 이들이 수득된 미분화 pPS 세포주를 포함하는 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항의 분화된 세포군의 수득 방법에 있어서, pPS 세포를 분화시킨 후 분화 세포를 연골세포 분화 인자의 혼합물과 배양하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, pPS 세포를 분화시켜 배상체 (embryoid bodies) 를 형성하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 연골세포 분화 인자의 혼합물에 전환 성장 인자 (TGF), 섬유아세포 성장 인자 (FGF), 성장 및 분화 인자 (GDF), 골 형태형성 단백질 (BMP), 헤지호그 단백질 (HH), L-아스코르브산, 및 부갑상선 호르몬 관련 단백질 (PTHrP) 로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 인자가 포함되는 방법.

- 연골세포 성장, 분화 또는 연골 성분의 합성을 조절하는 그 능력에 대한 화합물의 스크리닝 방법에 있어서, 화합물과 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항의 분화된 세포군을 조합하고, 화합물과 조합되어 얻어지는 세포군에서의 임의의 표현형 또는 대사 변화를 결정하고, 화합물의 연골세포 성장, 분화 또는 연골 성분의 합성을 조절하는 능력을 상기 변화와 연관시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 대상체에서 연골의 재건 방법에 있어서, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항의 분화된 세포군을 대상체에 투여하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 대상체에서 연골 재건을 위한 의약 제조에 있어서의 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항의 분화된 세포군의 용도.
- 관절 외상, 관절염, 또는 골관절염의 치료 또는 성형 수술에서의 사용을 위한 의약 제조에 있어서의 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항의 분화된 세포군의 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, pPS 세포가 인간 포배에서 수득되는 세포의 자손인 분화된 세포군.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, pPS 세포가 인간 배아 줄기 세포인 분화된 세포군.
- 실질적으로 상기에 기재된 바와 같이 영장류 다능성 줄기 (pPS) 세포로부터 수득되는 연골세포 및 연골세포 전구 세포.
- 실질적으로 상기에 기재된 바와 같이 pPS 세포로부터 연골세포 및 연골세포 전구 세포를 제조하는 방법.
- 실질적으로 상기에 기재된 바와 같은 약학 제제.
