Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- a) 기판 상에 차광부 재료를 코팅하는 단계;b) 상기 차광부 재료를 프리 베이크하여 차광막을 형성하는 단계;c) 상기 차광막을 선택적으로 노광 및 현상하여 차광부 패턴을 형성하는 단계;d) 상기 차광부 패턴을 사전 경화하는 단계;e) 상기 차광부 패턴이 형성된 기판 상에 부틸 카비톨 아세테이트, 다이에틸렌 글리콜 모노에틸 에테르 아세테이트 또는 다이프로필렌글리콜 메틸에테르 아세테이트의 용액을 코팅하는 단계;f) 상기 차광부 및 용액을 포스트 베이크하는 단계; 및g) 상기 차광부 패턴에 의하여 구획된 화소부에 잉크를 충진하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 a) 단계에서 차광부 재료는 실리콘계 또는 플루오린계 계면활성제를 차광부 재료 100 중량부에 대해 0.01 내지 0.3 중량부, 착색제를 20 내지 50 중량부, 바인더 폴리머 성분 20 내지 50 중량부 및 가교제 10 내지 40 중량부를 포함하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 b) 단계에서 프리 베이크는 50 내지 150℃에서 10 내지 1000초 동안 수행하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 c) 단계에서 차광부 패턴의 광학밀도는 1.1 내지 5 ㎛ 두께에서 2 내지 6이고, 상기 차광부 패턴의 잉크에 대한 접촉각은 20 내지 60°인 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 d) 단계에서 사전 경화는 저온 열경화, 광경화 또는 저온 열경화와 광경화를 동시에 수행하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 저온 열경화는 50 내지 150℃에서 10 내지 1000초 동안 수행하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 광경화는 UV를 50 내지 500㎽/㎠의 세기로 5 내지 500초 동안 수행하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 e) 단계에서 용액의 코팅은 스핀코팅, 슬릿코팅 또는 딥코팅으로 수행하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 e) 단계에서 용액은 200 내지 250℃의 비점을 갖는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 e) 단계에서 용액은 잉크 조성물에 사용되는 용매 와 동일한 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 f) 단계에서 포스트 베이크는 200 내지 250℃에서 10 내지 200분 동안 수행하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 g) 단계에서 잉크의 충진은 2 종 이상의 잉크를 동시에 또는 연속적으로 충진하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 g) 단계에서 잉크 충진은 잉크젯 방법에 의하여 수행하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 g) 단계에서 잉크는 광경화성 또는 열경화성 잉크인 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 10 및 청구항 12 내지 청구항 15 중 어느 하나의 방법에 의하여 제조된 컬러필터.
- 청구항 16의 컬러필터를 포함하는 표시장치.
