Claims (1)
- 연연속 전기도금공정의 리플로우 공정에서 크기가 다른 선행코일과 후행코일의 용접부가 통전롤러(1,2)를 통과하는 경우 온도변동을 방지하는 제어방법에 있어서,용접점 트래킹에 따라 입측 통전롤러(1)로부터의 용접점 거리를 판단하고, 다음의 수식에 의해 스트립 저항과 소요열량(Q) 및 투입전류량(I)을 연산하여 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기도금공정에서 통전 리플로우 전류제어방법.v: 라인속도(mpm)TAVG: 입측롤러전온도와 목표온도간 평균온도ΔT: 승온 온도,C1,C2: 계수A: 스트립 단면적ρ: 스트립 비저항율L: 입측롤러에서 급냉탱크까지의 거리Abefore: 선행코일의 스트립 단면적Aafter: 후행코일의 스트립 단면적
