Description
Claims (7)
- 회전축의 회전에 따라 피스톤이 왕복운동 가능하도록 삽입되는 복수개의 실린더가 형성된 실린더 블록;상기 실린더 블록의 전단 및 후단 중 적어도 일단으로 결합되고 토출실과 흡입실을 구비한 실린더 헤드; 및상기 실린더 헤드와 상기 실린더 블록의 단부 사이에 배치되는 것으로, 상기 실린더 헤드의 토출실 및 흡입실과 각각 연통된 토출구 및 흡입구를 구비하되, 상기 토출구 및 흡입구 중 적어도 하나에는 이종 재료로 형성된 관통 블록이 구비된 밸브 플레이트와, 상기 밸브 플레이트의 일측에 결합되고 리드를 구비하며 상기 리드로 상기 토출구를 개폐하는 토출 밸브와, 상기 밸브 플레이트의 타측에 결합되고 리드를 구비하며 상기 리드로 상기 흡입구를 개폐하는 흡입 밸브를 갖는 밸브 유닛;을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 관통 블록은 중앙에 관통공이 형성된 다각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 관통 블록은 중앙에 관통공이 형성되고, 그 외주를 따라 적어도 하나 이상의 돌기가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 관통 블록은 상기 밸브 플레이트에 형성된 상기 관통 블록의 형상에 대응되는 체결홀에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 관통 블록은 상기 밸브 플레이트의 상기 토출밸브 및 흡입밸브를 향하는 면의 적어도 일면에 형성된 상기 관통 블록의 형상에 대응되는 체결홈에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 관통 블록의 적어도 일측 표면에는 관통 블록 홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 밸브 플레이트는 금속으로 형성되고, 상기 관통 블록은 수지재로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
