Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- (A) 폴리카보네이트계 수지 30 내지 90중량부;(B) 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 수지 20 내지 50중량부; 및,(C) 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트계 수지 5 내지 50중량부를 포함하는 기초수지와,상기 기초수지 100중량부에 대하여 (D) 인계 난연제 5 내지 30중량부를 포함하는 내스크래치성을 갖는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 (C) 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트계 수지는 비결정성 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 수지 조성물에는, 상기 기초수지 100중량부에 대하여 1 내지 30중량부의 충격보강재가 추가로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 충격보강재는 디엔계 고무, 아크릴레이트계 고무 및 실리콘계 고무 단량체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 고무 단량체를 중합한 후에 그라프트 공중합이 가능한 스티렌, 알파-메틸 스티렌; 알킬 치환 스티렌; 아크릴로니트릴; 메타크릴로니트릴; 메틸메타크릴레이트; 무수말레인산; 알킬 또는 페닐 핵치환 말레이미드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 단량체를 고무질 중합체에 그라프트시켜 제조한 것을 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 충격보강재는 부타디엔 고무에 메틸메타크릴레이트와 스티렌을 그라프트 공중합하여 제조된 수지(MBS 수지)인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 적하방지제, 산화방지제, 가소제, 열안정제, 광안정제, 상용화제, 안료, 염료 및 무기물 첨가제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
