Claims (6)
- 난연처리된 레이온 단사 55∼85 중량%와 모다크릴 단사 45∼15 중량%를 혼합하고, 이 혼합된 단사를 카딩하여(carding) 원사를 제조하고, 이 원사를 제직하는 단계로 이루어지며;상기 난연처리된 레이온 단사는 레이온 단사를 용해제 100 중량부에 대하여 인계 난연제 40∼60 중량부가 용해된 배스(bath)에 20∼30분간 침지시키고, 배스에서 꺼낸 레이온 단사를 탈수시키고, 건조시켜서 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염 제직원단의 제조 방법.

- 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염 제직원단.
- 난연처리된 레이온 단사 65∼80 중량%, 모다크릴 단사 15∼35 중량%, 및 폴리에스터 LM 5∼15 중량%를 혼합하고, 이 혼합된 단사를 카딩하여 웹(web)을 제조하여 적층시키고, 적층된 웹을 가열 챔버(chamber) 내에서 160∼180℃의 온도에서 열융착시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 열융착 단계 전에 니들 펀칭(needle punching)을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항의 방법에 따라 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염 부직포.
