Claims (8)
- 정유공정 및 석유화학공정의 라인을 온라인으로 형성한 다음, 파울링(fouling)을 제거하기 위한 화학적 세정제를 상기 라인에 순환시켜 세정하되, 상기 세정공정을 정유공정 및 석유화학공정의 정기보수시 또는 운전중 피드 컷(feed cut) 상태에서 수행한 후, 상기 정유공정 및 석유화학공정을 바로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파울링을 제거하기 위한 화학적 세정공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정은 온라인으로 형성된 공정내에 충진된 오일을 제거하면서 세정제를 도입시키는 단계; 공정내 열원을 이용하여 세정제의 온도를 올리면서 온라인을 따라 세정제를 순환시키는 단계; 및 근적외선 분석기기로 세정제의 빛의 투과도를 측정하여 세정을 완료하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파울링을 제거하기 위한 화학적 세정공정.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세정제가 C8 방향족 화합물 0.01∼1중량%, C9 방향족 화합물 75∼85중량% 및 C10 방향족 화합물 14∼24중량%를 포함하는 세정제 조성물 2∼20중량%, 및 LCO 또는 LGO 80∼98중량%를 포함하는 특징으로 하는 파울링을 제거하기 위한 화학적 세정공정.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 C8 방향족 화합물은 o-크실렌이고, 상기 C9 방향족 화합물은 1,2,4-트리메틸벤젠 및 1-메틸-3-에틸벤젠으로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 이상 선택되며, 상기 C10 방향족 화합물은 1-메틸-3-n-프로필벤젠, 1,2-디메틸-4- 에틸벤젠 및 1,2,3,5-테트라 메틸벤젠으로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 이상 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 파울링을 제거하기 위한 화학적 세정공정.
- 삭제
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세정제의 온도가 100∼250℃의 온도에서 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 파울링을 제거하기 위한 화학적 세정공정.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 근적외선 분석기기를 이용하여 측정된 시료의 투과도 변화가 없어지는 시점에서 공정을 완료하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파울링을 제거하기 위한 화학적 세정공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정유공정은 원유 피드라인, RC라인 및 사이드 스트림을 온라인으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 파울링을 제거하기 위한 화학적 세정공정.
