Description

製油所での原油装置停止前の最後の工程として、HSP(SBN109)原油の少なくとも90容量%の溶剤混合物を製油所原油装置の予熱列中に充填し、数日間浸漬させて、堆積した、本来なら不溶性ファウラント前躯体(アスファルテン)を溶解した。前記列の熱交換器中の温度は、初期に、前記列の位置に依存して、約40℃から210℃(約100°から400°F)の熱交換器の運転温度に相当し、前記装置が周囲条件に近くまで冷却されたとき、全体の列として約40℃(約100°F)に降下した。
Claims (9)
- 流動するプロセス流体の温度を調節するために使用される、石油製油所プロセスユニットの一部である熱交換器の熱交換表面を清浄する方法であって、
該方法は、
a)前記熱交換器の少なくとも1つの熱交換表面を、少なくとも80の溶解ブレンド価(SBN)を有する油溶剤で浸漬して、前記プロセス流体から析出した前記アスファルテン化合物を前記油溶剤に溶解する工程であって、
前記油溶剤は、少なくとも50容量%の、少なくとも100のSBNを有する原油を含有し、前記油溶剤の残分は、留分を含有し、かつ前記油溶剤は、前記熱交換器の少なくとも1つの熱交換表面と接触するとき、少なくとも25℃の温度である工程;
b)前記熱交換器から、溶解したアスファルテン化合物と共に前記油溶剤を除去する工程;および
c)前記石油製油所プロセスユニットにおいて、溶解したアスファルテン化合物と共に前記油溶剤を処理する工程
を含み、
前記プロセス流体は、アスファルテン化合物を含有し、かつ前記アスファルテン化合物の少なくとも一部は、前記プロセス流体から前記熱交換表面上に析出したものであることを特徴とする方法。 - 管側の石油プロセス流体の温度を調節するために使用される、石油製油所プロセスユニットの一部であるシェルアンドチューブ式熱交換器の管側の熱交換表面を清浄する方法であって、
該方法は、
a)前記熱交換器の管側から、プロセス流体を除去する工程;
b)前記熱交換器の管側の熱交換表面を、少なくとも80の溶解ブレンド価(SBN)を有する油溶剤で浸漬して、前記プロセス流体から前記熱交換表面上に析出した前記アスファルテン化合物を前記油溶剤に溶解する工程であって、
前記油溶剤の原油は、少なくとも100のSBNを有し、前記油溶剤の残分は、留分を含む工程;
c)前記熱交換器から、溶解した前記アスファルテン化合物と共に前記油溶剤を除去する工程;および
d)前記石油製油所プロセスユニットにおいて、溶解したアスファルテン化合物と共に前記油溶剤を処理する工程
を含み、
前記石油プロセス流体は、アスファルテン化合物を含有し、かつ前記アスファルテン化合物の少なくとも一部は、前記熱交換表面上において前記石油プロセス流体から析出したものであり、
前記熱交換表面の清浄は、前記プロセス装置から前記熱交換器を取り外すことなく行われる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記油溶剤は、100〜120のSBNを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記油溶剤は、少なくとも50容量%の、少なくとも100のSBNを有する原油を含有し、前記油溶剤の残分は、少なくとも100のSBNを有する留分を含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記油溶剤は、少なくとも75容量%の、少なくとも100のSBNを有する原油を含有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記油溶剤は、前記熱交換器の前記熱交換表面と接触しているとき、少なくとも25℃の温度であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記石油プロセス流体は、全原油または抜頭原油を含有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記油溶剤を、前記熱交換表面と少なくとも24時間接触させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記油溶剤を、前記熱交換表面と少なくとも48時間接触させることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
