Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 초흡수성 고분자 입자와 무기염 입자를 혼합시키는 혼합 단계와;상기 초흡수성 고분자 입자와 상기 무기염 입자에 고습도 분위기에 노출시켜 상기 고흡수성 고분자가 조해된 무기염을 흡수하는 흡수 단계와;상기 무기염을 흡수한 초흡수성 고분자에 흡수된 수분을 건조시키는 건조 단계를;순차적으로 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 혼합 단계와 상기 흡수 단계는 챔버 내에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제의 제조 방법.
- 시트의 표면에 초흡수성 고분자를 코팅하는 단계와;시트의 표면의 초흡수성 고분자의 주위에 무기염을 도포하는 단계와;상기 시트를 고습도 분위기에 일정 시간 노출시켜 상기 무기염이 상기 고분자와 이온 교환이 일어나 흡수되도록 하는 흡수 단계와;상기 시트를 건조시키는 건조 단계를;순차적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제의 제조 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 시트는 천연섬유 또는 인조섬유 또는 천연섬유와 인조섬유의 섬유 복합물로 형성되며, 그 형태는 직물(textile) 또는 메쉬(mesh) 또는 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 건조 단계는 상기 무기염을 흡수한 초흡수성 고분자를 고온 분위기에 노출시키는 것에 의하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 초흡수성 고분자와 상기 무기염의 혼합 비율은 1:0.1 내지 1:5인 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 초흡수성 고분자의 입자는 0.1㎛ 내지 1000㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 초흡수성 고분자는 아크릴산 가교 고분자, 아크릴 아미드 가교 고분자, 아크릴산과 아크릴 아미드가 약하게 교차 결합된 공중합 고분자, 전분의 프로프폴 리머, 교차 결합된 녹말 유도체, 셀룰로오스 유도체 중 어느 하나 이상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기염은 리튬(lithium), 마그네슘, 칼슘, 아연, 알루미늄 등의 염화물, 브롬화물, 요오드화물 등의 할로겐화물 중 어느 하나 이상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제의 제조 방법.
- 제습제의 제조 장치로서,초흡수성 고분자 입자와 무기염 입자를 수용하는 챔버와;상기 챔버 내부와 통기되도록 개폐되는 통기공과;초흡수성 고분자 입자와 무기염 입자를 교반하도록 상기 챔버 내에 형성된 교반기와;상기 통기공을 통하여 습한 공기 또는 고온 건조 바람을 불어주는 블로우어를;포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제의 제조 장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 챔버를 외부와 격리시키기 위하여 상기 통기공을 선택적으로 개폐하는 밸브를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제의 제조 장치.
- 제습제의 제조 장치로서,초흡수성 고분자 입자와 무기염 입자의 혼합물을 이동시키는 콘베이어와;상기 콘베이어의 이동 경로상에 상기 혼합물에 습기를 불어주도록 형성된 가습부와;상기 가습부를 통과한 이후의 콘베이어 이동 경로 상에 건조시키는 고온 건조부를;포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제의 제조 장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 초흡수성 고분자와 상기 무기염 입자의 상기 수용물을 수용하면서 상기 콘베이어에 일정량씩 뿌려주는 저장통을 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제의 제조 장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 고온 건조부를 통과한 상기 혼합물을 분쇄하는 분쇄기를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제습제의 제조 장치.
