Claims (6)
- 선택 신호를 전달하는 복수의 주사선들;데이터 신호를 전달하는 복수의 데이터선들;상기 주사선과 상기 데이터선에 각각 연결되는 복수의 화소;상기 선택 신호를 생성하여 해당하는 주사선에 인가하는 스캔 구동부; 및상기 데이터 신호를 생성하여 해당하는 데이터선에 인가하는 데이터 구동부를 포함하고,상기 구동부는 외부신호가 인가되는 복수의 패드들 및 상기 패드들과 전기적으로 연결된 복수의 저항들을 구비하고,상기 복수의 저항들 각각은 서로 다른 크기의 주파수로 상기 패드들에 인가되는 외부신호 각각의 주파수 크기에 반비례하여 증감된 저항값으로 형성되는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 저항들 각각은 상기 구동부의 입력단에 형성되는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 유기 전계 발광 표시 패널에 전기적으로 연결되어 이 유기 전계 발광 표시 패널의 구동에 필요한 신호를 인가하는 복수의 구동부를 포함하고,상기 구동부는 외부신호가 인가되는 복수의 패드들 및 상기 패드들과 전기적으로 연결된 복수의 저항들을 구비하고,상기 복수의 저항들 각각은 서로 다른 크기의 주파수로 상기 패드들에 인가되는 외부신호 각각의 주파수 크기에 반비례하여 증감된 저항값으로 형성되는 ESD 방지 장치.

- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 저항들 각각은 상기 구동부의 입력단에 형성되는 ESD 방지 장치.
