Claims (15)
- 투명한 폴리카보네이트 수지 또는 투명한 아크릴 수지의 시트재로 이루어진 열선 차폐 수지 시트재로서,상기 시트재 중에, 열선 차폐 성분으로서, 6붕화물 미립자가 분산되거나, 또는 6붕화물 미립자와 ITO 미립자, 및/또는 ATO 미립자가 분산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열선 차폐 수지 시트재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 6붕화물이, LaB6, CeB6, PrB6, NdB6, GdB6, TbB6, DyB6, HoB6, YB6, SmB6, EuB6, ErB6, TmB6, YbB6, LuB6, SrB6 및 CaB6의 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 열선 차폐 수지 시트재.
- 제1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 6붕화물 미립자, ITO 미립자, 및 ATO 미립자는, 그 평균 입경이 모두 200㎚ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열선 차폐 수지 시트재.
- 제1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 열선 차폐 성분의 함유량이 열선 차폐 수지 시트재 1㎡ 당 0.05∼19g인 것을 특징으로 하는 열선 차폐 수지 시트재.
- 제1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 6붕화물 미립자와 ITO 미립자 및/또는 ATO 미립자와의 비율이, 중량비로 0.1:99.9∼90:10의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 열선 차폐 수지 시트재.

- 제1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 열선 차폐 수지 시트재의 적어도 일표면에, 자외선 흡수제를 포함한 수지 피막이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열선 차폐 수지 시트재.

- 용제 중에 열선 차폐 성분으로서, 6붕화물 미립자가 분산되거나, 또는 용제중에 6붕화물 미립자와 ITO 미립자 및/또는 ATO미립자가 분산되고, 열선 차폐 수지 시트재 제조용 첨가액을 제조하는 공정과, 상기 열선 차폐 수지 시트재 제조용 첨가액을 폴리카보네이트수지 또는 아크릴수지와 혼합하여 형성하거나, 또는 폴리카보네이트 수지 또는 아크릴수지의 수지원료와 혼합시켜 형성되며, 투명한 폴리카보네이트 수지 또는 투명한 아크릴수지로 이루어진 열선 차폐 수지 시트재를 제조하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열선 차폐 수지 시트재의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 6붕화물이, LaB6, CeB6, PrB6, NdB6, GdB6, TbB6, DyB6, HoB6, YB6, SmB6, EuB6, ErB6, TmB6, YbB6, LuB6, SrB6 및 CaB6의 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 열선 차폐 수지 시트재의 제조방법.
- 제 12항 또는 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 6붕화물 미립자, ITO 미립자, 및 ATO 미립자는, 그 평균 입경이 모두 200㎚ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열선 차폐 수지 시트재의 제조방법.
- 제 12항 또는 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 6붕화물 미립자와 ITO 미립자 및/또는 ATO 미립자와의 비율이, 중량비로 0.1:99.9∼90:10의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 열선 차폐 수지 시트재의 제조방법.
