Claims (9)
- 엔진의 속도(RPM)를 검출하는 엔진속도 검출부와, 브레이크가 동작되었는지를 검출하는 풋브레이크입력검출부와, 기어의 위치가 중립(N)상태에 있는지를 검출하는 기어위치검출부와, 풋브레이크입력검출부와 병렬적으로 작동하며, 차량의 속도를 감지하는 차량속도감지부와, 키스위치가 ACC상태일 때, 밧데리로부터 인가되는 동작전원에 의해 구동하여 하이드로백에 있는 공기를 흡입하는 진공장치와, 엔진시동단계에서, 풋브레이크가 동작하고 기어가 중립위치에 있을 때 엔진시동이 걸리도록 하며, 상기 조건을 만족하여 엔진의 시동이 걸린 후에는 엔진속도가 기준치 이하로 떨어질 때까지 기어가 중립상태에서 변속이 안되도록 하며, 엔진이 회전하면 상기 진공장치를 오프(OFF)시키도록 제어하는 제어부(100)와, 상기 제어부의 제어에 따라서 시동시 엔진속도가 기준치 이상이면 기어를 중립상태로 고정시키는 기어변속레버잠금장치와, 상기 제어부의 제어에 따라서 엔진을 기동시키는 기동장치로 구성되는 오토매틱형 자동차 시스템에 있어서,상기 차량속도감지부는 차량속도감지센서를 구비하고, 상기 차량속도감지센서는 풋브레이크입력검출부의 풋브레이크센서와 병렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 안전출발 시스템

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하이드로백은 공기흡입배관이 하이드로백으로의 공기역류를 방지하는 체크밸브를 개재하여 진공장치와 연결 설치되며, 상기 하이드로백의 유압실린더에 오일압력을 검출하는 오일압력센서가 설치되는 구성으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 안전출발 시스템

- 엔진속도검출부와, 브레이크가 동작되었는지를 검출하는 풋브레이크입력검출부와, 기어위치검출부와, 차량속도감지부와, 제어부와, 상기 제어부의 제어에 따라서 고정시키는 기어변속레버잠금장치와, 엔진을 기동시키는 기동장치, 및 키스위치가 ACC상태일 때 밧데리로부터 인가되는 동작전원에 의해 구동하여 하이드로백에 있는 공기를 흡입하는 진공장치를 구비하는 오토매틱형 자동차 시스템에서,ACC스위치를 온하는 단계(S100)와, 풋브레이크에 브레이크오일을 제공하는 하이드로백을 진공상태로 만드는 단계(S110)와, 엔진시동스위치를 온하는 단계(S120);와, 기어변속레버 위치 및 풋브레이크 상태를 검출하는 단계(S130)와, 상기 검출 결과, 기어가 중립 및 풋브레이크가 작동 상태를 판단하는 단계(S140);와, 상기 판단결과, 기어가 중립이고 풋브레이크가 작동하는 상태이면 엔진을 기동시키고(S160), 그렇지 않으면 엔진을 기동시키지 않는 단계(S150);와, 엔진속도를 검출하는 단계(S170);와, 상기 엔진속도가 소정의 기준치 이하인지를 판단하는 단계(S170);와, 상기 판단 결과, 엔진속도가 기준치 이하로 떨어지지 않으면, 기어변속이 불가능하고(S190), 그렇지 않으면, 기어변속이 가능하고(S200a), 차량속도를 검출하여(S200b) 엔진이 커졌을 때도 풋브레이크 작동없이 재기동이 가능한 상태로 되는 단계(S200);로 이루어지는 오토매틱형 자동차 시스템을 이용한 자동차 안전출발 방법에 있어서,상기 엔진속도를 검출하는 단계;(S170)는엔진이 정지되었는가를 판단하는 단계(S172);와, 상기 엔진정지에 대한 판단에 따라, 엔진이 정지되지 않았으면 진공장치(70)는 정지되고(S174), 그렇지 않으면 진공장치를 유지하여 다시 하이드로백을 진공시키는 단계로 넘어가는 단계(S176);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 안전출발 방법
