Claims (43)
- 루프형 반응기 단계 및 기상 반응기 단계로 이루어진 에틸렌의 이단계 중합 방법에 있어서,화학식 1의 할로겐화 마그네슘 화합물을 함유하는 담체와,화학식 2의 할로겐화알킬 금속 화합물과,하이드로카르빌에 결합된 마그네슘 및 하이드로카르빌 산화물에 결합된 마그네슘을 함유하는 화학식(실험식) 3의 마그네슘 조성물과,화학식 4의 할로겐화티탄 화합물을 반응시키는 공정에 의하여 제조한 고활성 촉매 성분을 사용하여, 착물(錯物) 계수 값 300 kPa에서의 착물 점도와 착물 계수 값 5 kPa에서의 착물 점도의 비율인 SHI5/300가 60 이상으로 표현되는 분자량 분포를 가지며, 필름 제조시 필름 면적 210 ㎜ ×297 ㎜에 대한 입도 분류 0.3 ~ 0.7 ㎜에서의 겔화 값(Gel number)이 20 이하이고 입도가 0.7 mm 이상인 겔은 함유하지 않는 것을 의미하는 낮은 겔 농도를 갖는 폴리에틸렌 조성물을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 루프형 반응기 단계 및 기상 반응기 단계로 이루어진 에틸렌의 이단계 중합 방법.[화학식 1](RO)2-nMgXn식 중, R은 C1~C20 알킬 또는 C7~C26 아르알킬이고, 각각 동일하거나 상이한 X는 할로겐 원소이며, n은 1 또는 2의 정수이다.[화학식 2]R1 n 1Mm 1X1 (3m 1 -n 1 )식 중, M은 B 또는 Al이고, 각각 동일하거나 상이한 R1은 C1~C10 알킬이며, 각각 동일하거나 상이한 X1은 할로겐 원소이고, m1은 1 또는 2이며, m1이 1일 때 n1은 1 또는 2이고, m1이 2일 때 n1은 1 내지 5의 정수이다.[화학식 3]R2 n 2(R3O)2-n 2Mg식 중, 각각 동일하거나 상이한 R2는 C1~C20 알킬이고, 각각 동일하거나 상이한 R3은 C1~C20 알킬이며, n2는 0.01과 1.99 범위의 값이다.[화학식 4](R4O)n 3TiX2 4-n 3식 중, 각각 동일하거나 상이한 R4는 C1~C20 알킬이고, 각각 동일하거나 상이한 X2는 할로겐 원소이며, n3는 0 또는 1~3의 정수이고, Ti는 4가 티탄이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 성분의 제조 방법은a) 상기 화학식 1의 할로겐화마그네슘 화합물을 함유하는 담체를 제공하는 공정과,b) 상기 화학식 1의 할로겐화마그네슘 화합물을 함유하는 상기 담체를 상기 화학식 2의 할로겐화알킬 금속 화합물과 접촉시켜 제1 생성물을 생성시키는 공정과,c) 상기 제1 생성물을 하이드로카르빌에 결합된 마그네슘 및 하이드로카르빌산화물에 결합된 마그네슘을 함유하는 상기 화학식(실험식) 3의 마그네슘 조성물과 접촉시켜 제2 생성물을 생성시키는 공정과d) 상기 제2 생성물을 상기 화학식 4의 할로겐화티탄 화합물과 접촉시키는 공정의 연속 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 담체는 입도가 약 1 ㎛ 내지 약 1000 ㎛의 입상(粒狀)인 것인 중합 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 할로겐화마그네슘 화합물은 이할로겐화마그네슘인 것인 중합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 할로겐화마그네슘 화합물을 함유하는 담체는 무기 산화물을 함유하는 것인 중합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 산화물은 실리카, 알루미나, 실리카-알루미나, 마그네시아 및 이들의 혼합물인 것인 중합 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 담체는 상기 무기 산화물을 함유하는 코어와 상기 할로겐화마그네슘 화합물을 함유하는 외피를 갖는 입자로 이루어진 것인 중합 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 담체 중, 담체의 중량에 대하여 계산한 마그네슘 Mg 퍼센트로 표시되는 상기 화학식 1의 할로겐화마그네슘 화합물의 양은 1 ~ 20%인 것인 중합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 2의 할로겐화알킬 금속 화합물에 있어서 독립적으로 M은 Al이고, 각각 동일하거나 상이한 R1은 C1~C6 알킬이며, 각각의 X1은 염소이고, n1은 1이며, m1은 1 또는 2의 정수인 것인 중합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 2의 할로겐화알킬 금속 화합물은 이염화알킬 알루미늄인 것인 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 촉매 성분 제조의 공정 b)중의 상기 화학식 1의 할로겐화마그네슘 화합물을 함유하는 담체는 비극성 C4~C10 탄화수소 존재하에서 상기 화학식 2의 할로겐화알킬 금속 화합물의 용액과 접촉되는 것인 중합 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 비극성 용매 중의 화학식 2의 할로겐화알킬 금속 화합물의 농도는 1 ~ 80 중량%인 것인 중합 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 2의 할로겐화알킬 금속 화합물 용액의 전체 부피는 상기 담체의 공극 부피를 초과하지 않는 것인 중합 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제12항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 공정 b) 중의 상기 화학식 1의 할로겐화마그네슘 화합물을 함유하는 담체는 상기 화학식 2의 할로겐화알킬 금속 화합물의 용액과, 상기 담체의 중량(그램)에 대한 화학식 2의 할로겐화알킬 금속 화합물의 몰비가 0.01 mmol/g 내지 100 mmol/g 범위가 되도록, 접촉되는 것인 중합 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 공정 b) 중의 상기 화학식 1의 할로겐화마그네슘 화합물을 함유하는 담체는 상기 화학식 2의 할로겐화알킬 금속 화합물의 용액과, 상기 화학식 1의 할로겐화마그네슘 화합물에 대한 상기 화학식 2의 할로겐화알킬 금속 화합물의 몰비가 0.01 mol/mol 내지 100 mol/mol 범위가 되도록, 접촉되는 것인 중합 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로카르빌에 결합된 마그네슘과 하이드로카르빌 산화물에 결합된 마그네슘을 함유하는 상기 화학식(실험식) 3의 마그네슘 조성물 중의 각각 동일하거나 상이한 R2는 C2~C10 알킬인 것인 중합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로카르빌에 결합된 마그네슘과 하이드로카르빌 산화물에 결합된 마그네슘을 함유하는 상기 화학식(실험식) 3의 마그네슘 조성물 중의 각각 동일하거나 상이한 R3은 C3~C20 알킬인 것인 중합 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로카르빌에 결합된 마그네슘과 하이드로카르빌 산화물에 결합된 마그네슘을 함유하는 상기 화학식(실험식) 3의 마그네슘 조성물은 다음 화학식 5의 디알킬 마그네슘의 알코올과의 접촉 생성물인 것인 중합 방법:[화학식 5]R2 2Mg식 중, 각각 동일하거나 상이한 R2는 전술한 바와 같다.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 5의 디알킬 마그네슘은 디부틸 마그네슘, 부틸 에틸 마그네슘 또는 부틸 옥틸 마그네슘인 것인 중합 방법.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로카르빌에 결합된 마그네슘과 하이드로카르빌 산화물에 결합된 마그네슘을 함유하는 상기 화학식(실험식) 3의 마그네슘 조성물은 다음 화학식 6의 알코올의 디알킬 마그네슘과의 접촉 생성물인 것인 중합 방법:[화학식 6]R3OH식 중, 각각 동일하거나 상이한 R3은 전술한 바와 같다.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 6의 알코올은 2-알킬 알칸올인 것인 중합 방법.
- 제18항 내지 제21항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로카르빌에 결합된 마그네슘과 하이드로카르빌 산화물에 결합된 마그네슘을 함유하는 상기 화학식(실험식) 3의 마그네슘 조성물은 디알킬 마그네슘에 대한 알코올의 몰비가 0.01 ~ 100 mol/mol인, 디알킬 마그네슘의 알코올과의 접촉 생성물인 것인 중합 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공정 c) 중의 상기 제 1 생성물은 하이드로카르빌에 결합된 마그네슘과 하이드로카르빌 산화물에 결합된 마그네슘을 함유하는 상기 화학식(실험식) 3의 마그네슘 조성물과 접촉되는 것인 중합 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 공정 c) 중의 상기 담체 또는 상기 제1 반응 생성물은, 하이드로카르빌에 결합된 마그네슘과 하이드로카르빌 산화물에 결합된 마그네슘을 함유하는 상기 화학식 3의 마그네슘 조성물과, 마그네슘의 몰수/담체의 g수의 비가 0.001 ~ 1000 mmol/담체의 g수 (담체의 g수라 함은, 상기 제1 반응 생성물의 경우에, 상기 제1 반응 생성물에 대한 출발 물질로서 사용된 담체를 의미함)가 되도록 접촉되는 것인 중합 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 공정 c)에 있어서 상기 담체 또는 상기 제1 생성물은 상기 화학식(실험식) 3의 마그네슘 조성물의 탄화수소 용액과 접촉되는 것인 중합 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 용액의 농도는 5 ~ 60 중량%인 것인 중합 방법.
- 제25항 또는 제26항에 있어서, 상기 용액의 부피는 상기 담체 또는 제1 생성물의 공극 부피의 약 2 배가 되는 것인 중합 방법.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 4의 할로겐화티탄 화합물 중의 R4는 C2~C8 알킬인 것인 중합 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 4의 할로겐화티탄 화합물 중의 X2는 염소인 것인 중합 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 4의 할로겐화티탄 화합물 중의 n3는 0인 것인 중합 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 4의 할로겐화티탄 화합물은 사염화티탄인 것인 중합 방법.
- 제30항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 4의 할로겐화티탄 화합물 이외에, 다음 화학식 7의 티탄 화합물을 반응시키는 것인 중합 방법.[화학식 7](R5O)n 4TiX3 4-n 4식 중, 각각 동일하거나 상이한 R5은 C1~C20 알킬, 바람직하게는 C2~C8 알킬, 가장 바람직하게는 C2~C6 알킬이고, 각각 동일하거나 상이한 X3는 할로겐 원소, 바람직하게는 염소이고, n4는 1~4의 정수이며, Ti는 4가 티탄이다.
- 제32항에 있어서, 상기 사염화티탄 및 테트라C1~C6-알콕시화티탄을 반응시키는 것인 중합 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제33항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 반응 생성물은 상기 화학식 4의 티탄 화합물과 티탄 화합물의 몰수/담체의 g수의 비가 0.01 ~ 10 mmol/담체 g이 되도록 접촉되는 것인 중합 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2 반응 생성물은 상기 화학식 4의 티탄 화합물과 티탄 화합물의 몰수/마그네슘 화합물의 총몰수의 비가 0.05 ~ 2 mol/mol이 되도록 접촉되는 것인 중합 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 다음 화학식 9의 공촉매가 함께 사용되는 것인 중합 방법:[화학식 9]R6 n 5AlX4 3-n 5식 중, 각각의 R6은 C1~C20 알킬이고, X4는 할로겐 원소이며, n은 1 내지 3이다.
