Claims (47)
- 나노구조 성형물품 및 층의 제조방법으로서, 다음의 단계들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법으로:a) 중합성, 축중합성, 또는 중합성 및 축중합성 유기 표면 기를 갖는 나노규모의 고체 무기 입자를 함유하는 자유-유동 조성물을 제공하는 단계;b1) 상기 단계 a)의 조성물을 몰드 내에 도입하는 단계; 및c) 상기 고체 입자의 표면 기의 중합, 축중합 또는 중합 및 축중합을 수행하여 경화된 성형물품 또는 경화된 층을 형성하는 단계,상기 나노규모의 고체 무기 입자의 평균 입자 크기가 200nm이하인 방법.

- 나노구조 성형물품 및 층의 제조방법으로서, 다음의 단계들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법으로:a) 중합성, 축중합성, 또는 중합성 및 축중합성 유기 표면 기를 갖는 나노규모의 고체 무기 입자를 함유하는 자유-유동 조성물을 제공하는 단계;b2) 상기 단계 a)의 조성물을 기판 상에 도포하는 단계; 및c) 상기 고체 입자의 표면 기의 중합, 축중합 또는 중합 및 축중합을 수행하여 경화된 성형물품 또는 경화된 층을 형성하는 단계,상기 나노규모의 고체 무기 입자의 평균 입자 크기가 200nm이하인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 24 항에 있어서, 60℃ 내지 150℃의 온도에서, 단계 c)의 상기 성형물품 및 상기 층을 각각 가열하여 후처리하는 단계를 추가적인 단계로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 24 항에 있어서, 250℃ 이상의 온도에서, 상기 성형물품 및 상기 층을 각각 가열하여 치밀화하는 단계를 추가적인 단계로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 나노규모의 입자를 금속의 옥사이드, 술파이드, 셀레나이드 및 텔루라이드 그리고 이것들의 혼합물의 나노규모의 입자로부터 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 나노규모의 입자를 SiO2, TiO2, ZrO2, ZnO, Ta2O5, SnO2 및 Al2O3 그리고 이것들의 혼합물의 나노규모의 입자로부터 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 중합성, 축중합성, 또는 중합성 및 축중합성 표면 기를 아크릴(메타크릴)기, 비닐기, 알릴기 또는 에폭시기를 특징으로 하는 유기 라디칼로부터 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 24 항에 있어서, 단계 a)에서 채용된 상기 고체 입자를 각각의 표면 기를 갖는 나노규모의 고체 입자의 표면 변형에 의해 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 24 항에 있어서, 단계 a)에서 채용된 상기 고체 입자를 해당하는 중합성/축중합성 기를 특징으로 하는 1종 이상의 화합물을 사용함으로써 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 24 항에 있어서, 졸-겔 방법에 따라서 상기 고체 입자의 제조를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 a)의 고체 입자가 플루오르화된 표면 기를 추가적으로 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 24 항에 있어서, 단계 c)를 상기 고체 입자에 결합되어 있지 않은 중합성, 축중합성, 또는 중합성 및 축중합성 단량체 종 또는 올리고머 종의 존재 하에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 24 항에 있어서, 단계 c)를 열개시제, 광개시제, 또는 열개시제 및 광개시제의 존재 하에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 24 항에 있어서, 단계 c)가 광화학 중합/축중합을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 b2)의 기판이 플라스틱, 금속 또는 유리로 만들어진 기판들 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 24 항에 따르는 제조방법에 따라서 얻을 수 있는 나노구조 성형물품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 24 항에 따르는 플라스틱제 기판 상에서의 고내스크래치성 나노구조 층의 제조방법으로서, 다음 단계들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법:a) 중합성/축중합성 기를 특징으로 하는 1종 이상의 가수분해성 실란을 포함하는 시스템 중에 15중량% 이상 내지 80중량% 이하의 농도로 나노규모의 금속 옥사이드 입자의 분산액을 제공하고, 이어서 상기 실란을 예비가수분해하는 단계;b) 단계 a)의 조성물을 플라스틱제 기판 상에 도포하는 단계; 및c) 플라스틱제 기판 상에 도포된 층을 광화학 경화하는 단계.
- 제 39 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 옥사이드 입자가 Al2O3, TiO3 및/또는 ZrO2의 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 39 항에 있어서, 상기 실란이 아크릴(메타크릴)기, 비닐기 또는 알릴기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 39 항에 있어서, 단계 a)에서 상기 금속 옥사이드 입자를 20중량% 이상 내지 80중량% 이하의 농도로 채용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 39 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 a)의 예비가수분해를 별도로 첨가된 유기 용매없이 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 39 항에 있어서, 단계 b)를 수행하기 전에 광개시제를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 39 항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱제 기판이 폴리아크릴레이트(메타크릴레이트), 폴리카보네이트 또는 폴리스티렌으로 만들어진 기판들 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 24 항에 따르는 제조방법에 따라서 얻을 수 있는 나노구조 층을 구비한 기판.
- 제 39 항에 따르는 제조방법에 따라서 얻을 수 있는 나노구조 층을 구비한 기판.
