Claims (2)
- 흡기관 부착통에 흡기관의 끝단부를 삽입하고, 소정의 축선방향길이에 걸쳐 형성한 평행한 복수의 슬릿에 의한 분할부를 가지며, 이 분할부의 바깥둘레면에 복수의 볼록부를 형성한 통형상의 코킹공구를 흡기관과 흡기관 부착통의 삽입부에 대하여 삽입하여, 선단으로 갈수록 지름이 작아지는 막대형상의 가압공구를 코킹공구의 통형상의 안쪽에 삽입하고, 가압수단으로 이 가압공구를 상기 삽입부에 대하여 상대적으로 전진시켜, 상기 코킹공구의 볼록부의 위치를 지름 확대하여, 흡기관의 바깥둘레면을 볼록부로서 흡기관 부착통의 안둘레면에 눌러 흡기관을 흡기관 부착통에 소성변형으로 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 매니폴드의 흡기관 고정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코킹공구의 볼록부를 스폿돌출부와 고리형상돌출조로 구성하고, 스폿돌출부에 의해 흡기관의 흡기관 부착통으로의 부착과, 고리형상의 돌출조에 의해 부착과 땜납재의 누설 방지를 위한 변형을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 매니폴드의 흡기관 고정방법.
