Description
Claims (10)
- (a) C3∼C5 파라핀을 포함하는 탈수소화 영역 공급물[16]을, C3∼C5 올레핀을 포함하는 탈수소화 구역 유출물 흐름[20]을 생성하기에 유효한 탈수소화 조건하에서 유지되는 탈수소화 구역[26]에 위치하는 탈수소화 촉매와 접촉시키면서 통과시키는 단계,(b) C8 이상의 파라핀을 포함하는 재순환 흐름[69] 및 C3-C5 올레핀을 포함하는 상기 탈수소화 유출물 흐름[20]의 일부를 포함하는 올리고머화 구역 공급물[60]을, C7 이상의 올레핀을 포함하는 유출물 흐름을 생성하기에 유효한 올리고머화 조건하에서 유지되는 올리고머화 구역[70]내에 위치하는 올리고머화 촉매와 접촉시키면서 통과시키는 단계,(c) C7 이상의 올레핀 및 파라핀을 포함하는 구역[70]으로부터 올리고머화 유출물을 회수하는 단계,(d) 수소 포함 흐름[76] 및 올리고머화 구역[70]으로부터의 유출물[74]의 적어도 일부를, 올리고머화 유출물[74]의 일부분 중의 올레핀을 포화시키기에 유효한 포화 조건하에서 포화 촉매를 포함하는 포화 구역[82,86]에 통과시키고 그리고, 포화 구역 유출물 흐름[90]을 회수하는 단계,(e) C8 이상인 파라핀계 탄화수소를 포함하는 포화 구역 유출물 흐름[90]의 일부[94]를 상기 재순환 흐름[69]으로서 상기 올리고머화 구역[70]에 통과시키는 단계 및(f) C8 및 이보다 더 중질의 파라핀을 포함하는 상기 포화 구역 유출물 흐름[90]의 일부[102]를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, 포화된 올리고머의 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올리고머화 공급물 흐름은 C4 올레핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포화 구역 유출물[90]의 적어도 일부[94]를 냉각시켜 상기 재순환 흐름[69]의 일부를 제공하는 급냉 액체로서 상기 올리고머화 구역[70] 및 상기 포화 구역[82,86]으로 반송시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 올리고머화 구역[70]은 고체 인산 촉매상을 포함하며, 상기 급냉 액체[72]는 1 이상의 중간 위치에서 상기 상에 유입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올리고머화 구역은 149℃∼204℃ (300℉∼400℉)의 온도에서 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (a) 이소부탄을 포함하는 상기 유입 흐름[16]을 탈수소화 구역[26,34]에 통과시키고, 수소 및 C4 이소올레핀을 포함하는 유출물[20]을 생성시키기에 유효한 탈수소화 조건하에서 상기 탈수소화 구역 내의 상기 유입 흐름을 탈수소화 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계,(b) 상기 탈수소화 유출물[20]로부터 수소 순도가 70 몰%∼95 몰%인 수소 흐름[78]을 분리시키고, 탈수소화 유출물의 나머지로부터 C4 이소올레핀을 포함하는 공급물 흐름[60]을 회수하여 올리고머화 구역 공급물 흐름[60]을 생성하는 단계,(c) 상기 올리고머화 공급물[60] 및 파라핀 포함 재순환 흐름[69]을 올리고머화 구역[70]에 통과시키고, C8 이상인 이소올레핀을 포함하는 올리고머화 유출물[74]을 생성시키기에 유효한 올리고머화 조건하에서 고체 올리고머화 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계,(d) 올리고머화 구간[70]으로부터의 유출물[74]과 단계(b)에서 분리한 수소 흐름[78]의 적어도 일부를, 분리 과정 없이 상기 올리고머화 유출물[74] 중의 올레핀을 포화시키기에 유효한 포화 조건하에서 유지되는 포화 촉매를 함유하는 포화 구역[82,86]으로 통과시키고, 포화 구역 유출물 흐름[90]을 회수하는 단계,(e) 상기 포화 구역 유출물 흐름[90]의 적어도 일부를 분리 구역[92]으로 통과시켜 C8 이상인 파라핀을 포함하는 포화된 흐름[94]를 회수하는 단계 및(f) 상기 포화된 흐름[94]의 적어도 일부[69]를 상기 재순환 흐름으로서 단계 (c)로 재순환시키는 단계를 포함하는, 유입 흐름[16]을 포함하는 이소부탄으로부터의 차량 연료 생성물의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 올리고머화 구역 공급물 흐름의 올레핀 농도는 이소부텐 30 중량% 이상의 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
