Claims (2)
- 수분산성 축합형 실리콘 고무의 함침액에 원단을 함침시킨 후 가온 건조하여 경화시키는 원단 함침공정; 부가형 액상 실리콘 고무의 코팅액을 이형지에 1차로 코팅하여 가온 건조하여 경화시킨 후, 상기 1차 경화된 이형지를 부가형 액상 실리콘 고무의 코팅액으로 2차 코팅하는 이형지 코팅공정; 상기 실리콘고무가 코팅된 이형지와 상기 실리콘 고무가 함침된 원단을 서로 합포시킨 다음, 가온 건조하여 경화시키는 합포공정; 상기 이형지가 합포된 원단으로부터 이형지를 박리시키는 이형공정; 을 포함하는 액상 실리콘 고무를 이용한 합성피혁 제조 방법.
