Claims (12)
- 다수의 화소를 정의한 투명한 제 1 기판과;상기 제 1 기판의 가로방향으로 구성된 다수의 게이트배선과;상기 게이트배선과 교차하여 화소영역을 정의하는 다수의 데이터 배선과;상기 게이트 배선과 소정간격 이격된 전압인가 배선과;상기 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선의 교차지점에 구성되고 게이트 전극과 액티브층과 소스전극 및 드레인전극을 포함하는 스위칭 소자와;상기 스위칭 소자의 드레인 전극과 연결된 게이트 전극과, 상기 게이트 전극의 상부에 구성된 액티브층과, 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극을 포함하며, 상기 소스 전극은 그라운드와 접지된 것이 특징인 구동소자와;상기 구동소자의 드레인 전극과 접촉하면서 상기 화소에 구성된 전자 주입전극인 제 1 전극과;상기 제 1 전극의 상부에 구성되고 상기 파워라인과 접촉한 홀 주입전극인 제 2 전극과;상기 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극 사이에 위치하고, 전계가 인가되면 상기 제 1 전극으로부터 주입된 전자와 상기 제 2 전극으로부터 주입된 홀이 결합하면서 빛을 발광하는 발광층을 포함하는 능동 매트릭스형 컬러 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발광층과 상기 제 1 전극 사이에는 전자 수송층이 구성되고, 상기 발광층과 제 2 전극 사이에는 홀 수송층이 더욱 구성된 능동 매트릭스형 유기전계 발광소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 홀 수송층과 상기 전자 수송층은 유기막인 능동 매트릭스형 유기전계 발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전극은 칼슘, 알루미늄, 마그네슘을 포함하는 일 함수가 작은 도전성 물질그룹 중 선택된 하나로 형성한 능동 매트릭스형 유기전계 발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 전극은 인듐-틴-옥사이드(indium-tin-oxide)를 포함한 일 함수가 큰 투명 도전성 물질 그룹 중 선택된 하나로 형성한 능동 매트릭스형 유기전계 발광소자.
- 다수의 화소를 정의한 투명한 제 1 기판 상에 다수의 게이트배선과, 상기 게이트 배선과 평행하게 소정간격 이격된 전압인가 배선을 형성하는 단계와;상기 게이트배선과 교차하여 화소영역을 정의하는 다수의 데이터 배선을 형성하는 단계와;상기 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선의 교차지점에 게이트 전극과 액티브층과 소스전극 및 드레인전극을 포함하는 스위칭 소자를 형성하는 단계와;상기 스위칭 소자의 드레인 전극과 연결된 게이트 전극과, 상기 게이트 전극의 상부에 액티브층과 소스 및 드레인 전극을 포함하며, 상기 소스 전극은 그라운드(ground)와 접지되는 구동소자를 형성하는 단계와;상기 구동소자의 드레인전극과 접촉하면서 상기 화소영역에 전자 주입전극인 제 1 전극을 형성하는 단계와;상기 제 1 전극 상부에 전계에 의해 빛을 발광하는 발광층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 발광층의 상부에 상기 전압인가 배선과 접촉한 홀 주입전극인 제 2 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함한 능동 매트릭스형 유기전계 발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 발광층과 상기 제 1 전극 사이에는 전자 수송층이 구성되고, 상기 발광층과 제 2 전극 사이에는 홀 수송층을 더욱 형성하는 능동 매트릭스형 유기전계 발광소자 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 홀 수송층과 상기 전자 수송층은 유기물질로 형성된 능동 매트릭스형 유기전계 발광소자 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전극은 칼슘, 알루미늄, 마그네슘을 포함하는 일 함수가 작은 도전성 물질그룹 중 선택된 하나로 형성한 능동 매트릭스형 유기전계 발광소자 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 전극은 인듐-틴-옥사이드(indium-tin-oxide)를 포함하는 일함수가 큰 투명 도전성 물질 그룹 중 선택된 하나로 형성한 능동 매트릭스형 유기전계 발광소자 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스위칭 소자와 구동소자는 액티브층을 비정질실리콘으로 형성하여 n형 박막 트랜지스터인 능동 매트릭스형 유기전계 발광소자.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 스위칭 소자와 구동소자는 액티브층을 비정질실리콘으로 형성하여 n형 박막트랜지스터를 이루는 능동 매트릭스형 유기전계 발광소자 제조방법.
