- 염화수소를 산소로 산화시켜 염소를 제조할 때, 루테늄 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염소의 제조방법으로서, 상기 루테늄 촉매는 담체에 담지하여 얻을 수 있는 담지 금속 루테늄 촉매, 산화 루테늄 촉매, 또는 루테늄 복합 산화물의 제조 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 루테늄 촉매는 루테늄을 담체에 담지시켜 제조된 담지금속 루테늄 촉매인 염소의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 루테늄 촉매가 산화루테늄 촉매인 염소의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 루테늄 촉매가 루테늄 복합산화물의 제조법에 의해 얻어진 촉매인 염소의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 담체가 산화티탄, 알루미나, 산화 지르코늄, 제올라이트, 실리카, 티탄 복합산화물, 지르코늄 복합산화물, 알루미늄 복합산화물에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 담체인 염소의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서 담체에 대한 루테늄의 담지비율이 0.1 ∼ 20중량% 인 염소의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 산화루테늄 촉매는 산화 루테늄, 수산화 루테늄, 또는 산화 루테늄 및 수산화 루테늄인 염소의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 산화 루테늄 촉매가 담지 산화 루테늄 촉매인 염소의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 담체가 산화티탄, 알루미나, 산화 지르코늄, 실리카, 티탄 복합산화물, 지르코늄 복합산화물, 알루미늄 복합산화물 및 규소 복합산화물에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 담체인 염소의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 담체에 대한 산화루테늄의 중량비가 0.1 / 99.9 내지 70 / 30 인 염소의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 루테늄 복합산화물의 제조법에 의해 얻어진 촉매가 산화티탄, 산화 지르코늄, 알루미나, 실리카, 티탄 복합산화물, 지르코늄 복합산화물, 알루미늄 복합산화물 및 규소 복합산화물에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 산화물 및 산화루테늄으로 이루어진 촉매인 염소의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서, 루테늄 복합산화물의 제조법에 의해 얻어진 촉매가 산화루테늄 함량이 1 ∼ 70 중량 % 의 촉매인 염소의 제조방법.
