Claims (23)
- 액체가 낙하막(33)의 형태로 반응기벽의 아래로 흐르며 전자광조사에 의해 동시에 노출되도록 해서 반응기(11; 11' ; 11" ;53)내에서 오염된 기체 및 액체를 처리하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 반응기내에는 노즐(15)에 의해 점착성 표면막(31)이 형성되고, 상기 기체는 그 표면막(31)을 통과하도록 해서 기체성 상태로부터 액상으로 질량이동이 일어날 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기체와 액체는 동시에 광조사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기체는 낙하막(33)에 대해 역류방향으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 반응기(11;11' ; 11" ;53)내에는 회전하는 표면막이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 시약 또는 광조사에 의해 활성화가능하고 오염물과의 접촉에 의해 기상 또는 액상으로 반응기 가능한 화합물이 상기 기체 또는액체에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 액체는 순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기체의 흐름은 부분적으로 순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 오염물의 농도가 측정되고, 그 측정에 기초하여- 오염된 기체 및 오염된 액체의 공급 및 배출 또는- 다수의 액체 및 기체의 경로 또는- 광조사 강도가 제어되어 통제가능하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 액체의 흡수성 및 기체의 흡수성이 입구, 출구 또는 그 사이에서 선택적으로 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, pH, 산화/환원전위, 전도성 및 온도와 같은 다른 처리 파라미터가 측정되어 정화처리의 제어와 통제에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체및 액체의 정화방법.
- 반응기(11;11' ; 11" ;53)와 전자광조사에 의해 반응기 내부의 광조사를 위해 상기 반응기 내부 또는 그 주위에 배치된 하나 이상의 광원(17), 액체를 위한 상부 입구(23)와 하부 출구(34), 상기 액체를 입구(23)로 펌핑하는 이송수단(69)을 구비해서 오염된 기체 및 액체의 처리를 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 반응기(11:11' ;11" ;53)내에는 상기 액체이송수단과 연통하는 노즐(15)이 배치되어 반응기 내벽(35)과 노즐의 사이에서 점착성 표면막(31)을 발생하게 되고, 상기 반응기(11:11';11" ;53)는 상기 기체가 표면막(31)을 통해 통과하도록 입구와 출구(47,49)를 갖추어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 노즐(15)은 외향적으로 만곡된 출구(21)을 구비한 회전적이면서 동심축인 페어형상의 내부공간(19)을 갖추게 되고, 상기 노즐내부공간(19)내로 액체공급라인(23)이 접선으로 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 반응기(11;11';11" ;53)는 수직방향으로 배치된 튜브(13)로 형성되고, 상기 노즐(15)은 상기 튜브내에 동심적으로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 광원(17)은 상기 노즐(15)의 축상에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 반응기(11')내에는 상호 중첩된 다수의 노즐 (15, 15')이 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화장치.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 액체를 집수하여 각 노즐(15)을 통해 연속적으로 통과시키는 수단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 반응기는 투광재료로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 액체를 공급하기 위한 환형상 공간을 형성하도록 상기 튜브(13')를 에워사는 반응기 하우징(81)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 반응기 내벽(35)은 광반사코팅을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 다수의 튜브가 결합되어 튜브 또는 반응기 결합체(55)를형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 반응기로부터 흐르는 액체에 대한 집수반(63)이 설치되고, 그 집수반(63)은 액체이송수단(69)과 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 기체를 순환시키기 위해 기체입구(47)와 기체출구(49)의 사이에 접속이 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화장치.
- 제 11항 내지 제 22항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체를 공급하기 위한 공급라인 및 광조사에 의해 활성화가능한 화합물의 첨가를 위한 공급라인(71)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 및 액체의 정화장치.
