Claims (4)
- 제철소 도금공장과 전자회사 회로기판(PCB) 제조공정에서 발생하는 폐자원을 활용하여 니켈-동-아연 페라이트 원료를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,제철소 도금공장에서 발생하는 폐 Ni, Zn양극을 각각 염산에 용해하여 고아연 용액과 고니켈 용액을 제조하는 단계;제철소 냉연공장에서 발생하는 산세 Fe 폐산용액과 전자회사 회로기판(PCB) 제조공정에서 발생하는 폐 Cu용액을 각각 pH가 3-4가 되도록 상승시킨후 여과하는 단계;상기 Ni용액, Zn용액, Fe용액, Cu용액을 같은 농도가 되도록 희석한후 페라이트 조성이 되도록 혼합하는 단계;상기 페라이트 조성 혼합액에 알카리를 가하여 pH가 4-5가 되도록 상승시킨후 여과 정제하는 단계;상기 정제 용액에 알카리를 투여하여 pH가 10-13이 되도록 상승시키고 수산화물로 침전시킨후 이를 수세 여과하는 단계;상기 금속 수산화물을 증발가능한 용매와 혼합하여 분무건조한후 과립형의 Ni- Cu-Zn 페라이트 조성의 중간물을 제조하는 단계; 및상기 조성물을 산화성 분위기에서 500-700℃로 열처리하여 (Ni-Cu-Zn)O·Fe2O3페라이트 원료를 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐자원을 활용한 니켈-동-아연 페라이트 원료 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 Ni용액, Zn용액, Fe용액, Cu용액의 농도는 각각 1-2몰/l임을 특징으로 하는 폐자원을 활용한 니켈-동-아연 페라이트 원료 제조방법.
- 제철소 도금공장과 전자회사 회로기판(PCB) 제조공정에서 발생하는 폐자원을 활용하여 니켈-동-아연 페라이트 원료를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,제철소 도금공장에서 발생하는 폐 Ni, Zn양극을 각각 염산에 용해하여 고아연 용액과 고니켈 용액을 제조하는 단계;제철소 냉연공장에서 발생하는 산세 Fe 폐산용액과 전자회사 회로기판(PCB) 제조공정에서 발생하는 폐 Cu용액을 각각 pH가 3-4가 되도록 상승시킨후 여과하는 단계;상기 Ni용액, Zn용액, Fe용액, Cu용액을 같은 농도가 되도록 희석한후 페라이트 조성이 되도록 혼합하는 단계;상기 페라이트 조성 혼합액에 알카리를 가하여 pH가 4-5가 되도록 상승시킨후 여과 정제하는 단계;상기 정제 용액에 알카리를 투여하여 pH가 10-13이 되도록 상승시키고 수산화물로 침전시킨후 이를 수세 여과하는 단계; 및상기 금속 수산화물을 산화성 분위기에서 500-700℃로 열처리하여 (Ni-Cu-Zn)O·Fe2O3페라이트화 한후 이를 미분쇄하여 페라이트 원료분말을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐자원을 활용한 니켈-동-아연 페라이트 원료 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 Ni용액, Zn용액, Fe용액, Cu용액의 농도는 각각 1-2몰/l임을 특징으로 하는 폐자원을 활용한 니켈-동-아연 페라이트 원료 제조방법.
