Claims (11)
- 유전체 블럭;상기 유전체 블럭의 한 단면에서 대향 단면에 연장되는 관통 구멍의 내면에 형성된 내부 도체; 및상기 유전체 블럭의 외면에 형성된 외부 도체;를 포함하는 유전체 공진기로서,상기 내부 도체 및 상기 외부 도체 중의 적어도 한쪽의 적어도 일부분이, 사용 주파수에 있어서의 표피 깊이보다 작은 두께를 갖는 박막 도체층과 특정의 유전율을 갖는 박막 유전체층을 번갈아 배치함으로써 형성된 박막 다층 전극 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 공진기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외부 도체는 상기 박막 다층 전극 구조를 갖도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 공진기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 도체는 상기 박막 다층 전극 구조를 갖도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 공진기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 한 단면은 개방 단면으로서 작용하도록 형성되고, 상기 대향 단면은 단락 단면으로서 작용하도록 형성되며, 상기 단락 단면의 상기외부 도체의 일부분은 단일층 전극 구조를 갖도록 형성되며, 또한 상기 단락 단면의 상기 일부분 이외의 외부 도체의 부분은 박막 다층 전극 구조를 갖도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 공진기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 단락 단면의 외부 도체의 상기 일부분은 상기 사용 주파수에 있어서의 표피 깊이의 3배 이상의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 공진기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 관통 구멍은 구멍직경이 작은 소 직경부 및 구멍직경이 큰 대 직경부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 공진기.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 유전체 블럭; 및상기 유전체 블럭의 외면에 배치되며 고주파 신호 입출력 단자의 역할을 하는 외부 단자들;을 포함하는 유전체 필터.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 유전체 블럭은 복수개의 상기 관통 구멍을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 필터.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 인접하는 관통 구멍의 내면에 형성된 내부 도체들 중에서, 내부 도체들의 가장 근접한 부분은 상기 박막 다층 전극 구조를 갖도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 필터.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 유전체 필터;안테나 접속용의 외부 단자;수신 회로 접속용의 외부 단자; 및송신 회로 접속용의 외부 단자를 포함하는 유전체 듀플렉서로서,상기 외부 단자들은 상기 유전체 블럭의 외면에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 듀플렉서.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중의 한 항에 기재된 유전체 필터 또는 제 10 항에 기재된 유전체 듀플렉서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
