Claims (3)
- 블로우 성형에 의해, 정형의 외각을 형성하는 합성수지제의 외측용기(2)와, 상기 외측용기(2)에 박리가 자유롭게 적층되어, 내측 자루를 형성하는 가요성 합성수지제의 내측용기(3)로 구성되며, 상기 외측용기(2)와 내측용기(3) 사이를 외부로 개방하는 개구(5)를 형성한 이중블로우 성형담체(1)에 있어서의, 상기 내측용기(3)의 구멍의 유무를 검사하는 방법으로서, 상기 내측용기(3)를 외측용기(2)로부터 박리시켜 줄어들게 함으로써, 상기 외측용기(2)와 내측용기(3) 사이에 통기로(10)를 형성하여, 상기 통기로(10)와 상기 개구(5)의 연통을 확보한 상태에서, 상기 내측용기(3)안에 소정의 미세압의 공기를 공급하고, 일정시간 경과한 후에 상기 내측용기(3)내의 압력이, 사전에, 내측용기(3)에 구멍이 없는 담체(1)에 대하여 동일조건하에서 측정을 하여 설정한 소정의 압력치에 도달할 것인지의 여부에 따라, 상기 내측용기(3)의 구멍의 유무를 판정하는 이중블로우 성형담체의 내측용기 리크 검사방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 개구(5)를, 외측용기(2)의 벽에 형성한 구조로 한 이중블로우 성형담체의 내측용기 리크 검사방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 외측용기(2)와 내측용기(3)의 적어도 한쪽을 적층구조로 하고, 상기 한쪽과 다른쪽과의 접합면을 형성하는 층부분에, 상기다른 쪽에 대하여 높은 박리성을 부여한 이중블로우 성형담체의 내측용기 리크 검사방법.
