Claims (2)
- 정형외과용 세멘트비드 조성물에 있어서, 티카실린 5-10g, 세파졸린 5-10g, 토브라마이신 5-10g 및 반코마이신 5g으로 조성된 항생제 혼합분말 20-25cc와 파우다 세멘트인 폴리메칠메타크릴에이트 120cc 및 액체 세멘트인 메칠메타크릴에이트 모노머 20-30cc로 구성된 정형외과용 세멘트비드 조성물.
- 정형외과용 항생제 혼합 세멘트비드를 제조함에 있어서, 티카실린 5-10g, 세파졸린 5-10g, 토브라마이신 5-10g 및 반코마이신 5g의 항생제를 무균하에서 혼합한 후, 이 항생제분말 20-25cc에 파우다세멘트인(폴리메칠메타크릴에이트)120cc를 가하여 혼합, 균질화시킨후, 균질화된 분말을 액체 세멘트인 메칠메타크릴에이트 모노머 20-30cc에 혼합하여, 굳어져가는 도중에 직경 약 5mm의 크기로 절단한 후 실에 꿰어 연결시킴을 특징으로 하는 정형외과용 세멘트비드의 제조방법.
