以下、本発明の一実施形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。

なお、各寸法の具体的な一例としては、例えばタッチパネル100のタッチ位置検出領域部分が対角の長さで4インチの大きさの場合、Ta=10μm、Tc=90μm、Te=Tf=30μmなどとすることができる。
Claims (9)
- 絶縁性を有する透明な基板と、
前記基板上にパターンとして形成された透明導電膜からなるタッチ電極と、
前記基板上の前記タッチ電極が形成されていない部分に形成された透明導電膜からなるフローティング電極とを有し、
前記タッチ電極および前記フローティング電極は、それぞれ、複数の微細領域を形成するスリットを有する、タッチパネル。 - 前記フローティング電極の前記微細領域は、互いに分離していて電気的に非接触状態である、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記タッチ電極の前記微細領域および前記フローティング電極の前記微細領域は、同じ形状を有している、請求項1または2に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記タッチ電極および前記フローティング電極は、前記基板上に形成された単一の透明導電膜をパターニングして形成されたものである、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記タッチ電極と前記フローティング電極との間隔が100μm以下である、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記基板上に形成された端子、該端子と前記タッチ電極とを接続する引き出し配線、および、前記タッチ電極同士を接続する接続配線のうち少なくとも一部は、アルミ膜と透明導電膜との積層構造を有していて、
前記透明導電膜は、前記アルミ膜を覆うように形成されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のタッチパネル。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のタッチパネルと、
表示パネルとを備え、
前記タッチパネルと前記表示パネルとを積層した状態で、該タッチパネル越しに該表示パネルの表示画像を視認可能に構成されている、表示装置。 - 前記タッチパネルの基板は、前記表示パネルの複数の基板のうちの一つを兼ねている、請求項7に記載の表示装置。
- 前記表示パネルは液晶パネルである、請求項7または8に記載の表示装置。
