Claims (4)
- 複数の誘電体層が積層方向に積層された積層バランであって、
不平衡信号用の第1端子と、
平衡信号用の第2および第3端子と、
前記第1端子と接地点との間に接続された第1インダクタと、
前記第2端子と前記第3端子との間に接続され、前記第1インダクタと磁気結合する第2インダクタと、
一方端が開放端であるとともに、他方端が前記第1端子と前記接地点との間の信号路に接続された開放線路導体とを備える、積層バラン。 - 前記第1インダクタおよび前記開放線路導体は、前記積層方向に伸びる特定軸を巻回するように形成され、
前記開放線路導体は、前記積層方向において前記第1インダクタと対向している、請求項1に記載の積層バラン。 - 前記第1インダクタと並列に接続された第1キャパシタと、
前記第2インダクタと並列に接続された第2キャパシタとをさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の積層バラン。 - 前記複数の誘電体層は、
前記第1インダクタが形成された第1インダクタ層と、
前記第2インダクタが形成された第2インダクタ層と、
前記開放線路導体が形成された導体層とを含み、
前記導体層は、前記第1インダクタ層と前記第2インダクタ層との間に配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の積層バラン。
