Claims (7)
- 軸圧縮力が作用したときの部材端変形を抑制する補強体が同芯状に取りつけられた軸力管と、該軸力管とで二重管を形成するとともに軸力管の曲がりの増大を抑止するため前記補強体にも外嵌して軸方向に相対変位可能な補剛管とを備え、前記軸力管の両端部にはピン支持形式のクレビスが装備されている二重鋼管製長尺構造材において、
軸力管に軸力が作用することにより前記補強体が軸力管に対して傾いた際に、補強体の反クレビス側端での補剛管内面接触力とクレビス側端での補剛管内面接触力との比が0.40ないし0.65となるように、補剛管の補強体に対する隙間が確保され、
前記補剛管と補強体が重なり合う長さは、補強体の重なり合い部外径の少なくとも1.1倍確保されていることを特徴とするピン接合形式二重鋼管座屈拘束構造材。 - 前記補強体は二重管のうちの内管に取りつけられた厚肉円筒状の口金としての補強管であり、前記補剛管は該補強管を被覆している薄肉円筒の外管であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載されたピン接合形式二重鋼管座屈拘束構造材。
- 前記補強体は二重管のうちの外管に取りつけられた厚肉円筒体の口金の反クレビス側で軸方向へ突出する小径の芯金であり、前記補剛管は該芯金を被覆している薄肉円筒の内管であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載されたピン接合形式二重鋼管座屈拘束構造材。
- 前記軸力管の外径は100ないし500ミリメートルであって、前記補剛管と補強体とが重なり合っている長さが、補強体の重なり合い部における外径の1.2ないし1.6倍とされていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載されたピン接合形式二重鋼管座屈拘束構造材。
- 前記軸力管の外径は100ないし500ミリメートルであって、前記補剛管と補強体とが重なり合っている箇所における補剛管の補強体に対する隙間と該補強体における重なり合い部の長さとの比は、軸力管が普通鋼の場合0.01ないし0.02とされていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載されたピン接合形式二重鋼管座屈拘束構造材。
- 前記軸力管の外径は100ないし500ミリメートルであって、前記補剛管と補強体とが重なり合っている箇所における補剛管の補強体に対する隙間と該補強体における重なり合い部の長さとの比は、軸力管が低降伏点鋼の場合0.005ないし0.01とされていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載されたピン接合形式二重鋼管座屈拘束構造材。
- 前記補剛管には少なくとも前記補強体と重なり合う箇所に厚肉部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項に記載されたピン接合形式二重鋼管座屈拘束構造材。
