挿入されるので,密封容器用端部と本体部とを別々に成形してもアンプルが高い気密性を有することとなり,常温常圧において液漏れが生ずる事態を防止できる。

挿入される上記に記載のアンプル(20)である。挿入胴体(6)の高さとして,安定性や挿入しやすさの観点から,0.1mm以上1cm以下があげられ,1mm以上5mm以下が好ましい。挿入胴体(6)と第1のくぼみ部(8)とがおよそ同一の形状を有するものが好ましい。また,突起部(7)と第2のくぼみ部(9)との形状も一致するものが好ましい。突起部(7)は,挿入胴体(6)の内周面に輪状に設けられるものが好ましい。
本発明の密封容器用端部,アンプル及びアンプルガイドは,アンプルなどを製造するための公知の方法により製造すればよい。以下,本発明のアンプルは,密封容器用端部を具備するアンプルなどとして製造すればよい。なお,成型方法は,射出成型(粉末射出成型法を含む),押出成型などがあげられるが,所定の金型を用いた射出成型を好適に用いることができる。この際,原料として,上記したものを適宜用いればよい。
次に,本発明の密封容器用端部の使用方法について説明する。基本的には,前記先端部(1)に前記中心軸(5)の横方向から力を加えることで,前記接続部(4)が破損し,前記円錐台状の連結部(3)の頭部がむき出しとされるとともに,前記連結部の空間部(13)が開放端とされる。この作用を利用して,たとえば,本発明の密封容器用端部を無針注射用のアンプルなどに用いることができる。以下では,そのような利用態様における使用方法について説明する。
図9は,投与装置の基本構成を示す図である。すなわち,本発明は,プランジャー作動器を用いた針無注射器以外にも,様々な用途に用いることができる。図9に示す状態で先端部を取り除く。図10は,先端部を取り除いた投与装置を示す。そして,アンプル内に薬液を収容させ下部にガスケット(40)を装着させておき,指などで加圧することでアンプル内の薬液を外に放出させることができる。クリームやゼリーなどを包装する場合にチューブタイプの容器が利用されることが多い。このチューブは,内容物を最後まで搾りきって,内容物を残さず使用しにくい。一方,図10に示すアンプルにおいては,ガスケットを先端部まで押すことにより,全ての内容物を容易に搾り出すことができる。
図11は,有針注射器の例を示す図である。図11(A)は,アンプルガイドを有するアンプルを用いた有針注射器の例を示す。一方,図11(B)は,市販されている注射器内部にアンプルを挿入して用いるものを示す。すなわち,図10の状態となった後に,針部を装着することで,通常の注射器として利用できる。図10に示される例では,アンプル(20),アンプルガイド(30)及びガスケット(40)を含む。注射器に,針やアンプルを取り付けるのは困難であるが,この例では,アンプルガイド(30)を有するので,針やアンプルを装着しやすくなる。また,アンプルガイドが直径を大きくするので,持ちやすい有針注射器を提供できる。なお,有針注射器の場合は,空間部の幅を無針注射器の場合に比べて大きくすることが好ましい。なお,図11(B)に示されるように,アンプルの形状は,市販されている注射器の内部に挿入できるようにされているものであっても良い。そのようにすることで,市販の有針注射器を用いつつ,本発明のアンプルを有する有針注射器を提供できる。また,アンプルガイドは,アンプルを挿入した注射器をその内部に収容できるものであっても良い。そのようにすることで,アンプルガイド(30)を有するので,針やアンプルを装着しやすくなる。また,アンプルガイドが直径を大きくするので,持ちやすい有針注射器を提供できる。
図12は,噴霧器(拡散器)の例を示す図である。特に,図12に示されるように,先端部を逆さにしてはめたものは,アンプル内の薬液などが挿入された先端部により様々な方向へ拡散されるので,噴霧器などとして効果的に利用できる。
Claims (5)
- 使用に際して取り外される先端部(1)と,
薬液を収容する本体部(2)と,
前記先端部(1)と前記本体部(2)とを連結する連結部(3)と,
前記先端部(1)と前記連結部(3)とを接続し,前記先端部(1)と前記連結部(3)より幅が狭い接続部(4)とを具備し,
前記先端部(1),前記接続部(4),及び前記連結部(3)を具備する密封容器用端部(10)と,前記本体部(2)とが別に成形され,
前記先端部(1),前記接続部(4),前記連結部(3)及び前記本体部(2)は,中心軸(5)が同軸となるようにされ,前記本体部(2)から先端部(1)の途中まで伸びる連続した空間部(11,14,13,12)を有し,前記先端部(1)に前記中心軸(5)に対して横方向から力を加えることで,前記接続部(4)が破損し,前記円錐台状の連結部(3)の頭部がむき出しとされるとともに,前記連結部(3)の空間部(13)が開放端とされるアンプル(20)。 - 前記密封容器用端部(10)の前記連結部(3)は,
前記本体部(2)と接する部分に設けられた中空円柱状の挿入胴体(6)と,
前記挿入胴体(6)の内周面に設けられた突起部(7)と,

前記本体部(2)は,
前記挿入胴体(6)が挿入される第1のくぼみ部(8)と,
前記突起部(7)が挿入される第2のくぼみ部(9)と,
を具備し,
前記挿入胴体(6)が前記第1のくぼみ部(8)に挿入され,
前記突起部(7)が前記第2のくぼみ部(9)に 挿入される
請求項1に記載のアンプル(20)。 - 前記密封容器用端部(10)の前記連結部(3)は,
前記本体部(2)と接する部分に設けられた中空円柱状の第1の挿入胴体(21)と,
前記本体部(2)と接する部分に設けられ,前記第1の挿入胴体(21)より径が小さい中空円柱状の第2の挿入胴体(22)と,
前記第1の挿入胴体(21)と前記第2の挿入胴体(22)の付け根部分に設けられた窪み部と,
を具備し,
前記本体部(2)は,
前記第1の挿入胴体(21)と前記第2の挿入胴体(22)に挿入される本体部の挿入胴体(23)と,
前記本体部の挿入胴体(23)の先端に位置し,前記窪み部にはまる挿入胴体先端部(24)と,
を具備する,
請求項1に記載のアンプル(20)。 - 前記密封容器用端部(10)は,前記本体部(2)に比べて,劈開性が高く,
前記本体部(2)は密封容器用端部(10)に比べ,可塑性が高い,
請求項1に記載のアンプル(20)。 - 前記密封容器用端部(10)の先端部(1)は,その先端に前記接続部(4)に位置する空間部(14)にはまる形状の先端突起(1a)を有する,
