Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、水分を含んだ軟弱地盤の土質改良に
於けるペーパードレーン工法に使用される平面排

従来、この種ペーパードレーン排水板として
は、熱可塑性合成樹脂板に突起を設け、これに孔

誘導線条を不織布等で覆つたものや、板に「切れ
目」を入れてこれを引張して網目となし、これを
有孔フイルムで覆つたもの等が存在していたが、
いずれも排水の透水面積が少ないか、或いは、土
圧に対する耐抗力が弱く、この種排水板に要求さ
れる土圧耐抗力が強く、しかも土中水分をより早
く、多く板内に取り入れ、この取水したものをい
ち早く土外に放出出来る両機能を兼備したものが
なく、耐抗土圧を有するものは吸排水能力に欠
け、吸排水能力を有するものに於ては耐抗土圧力

ある。第2図は第1図のC−C部での断面を示す

内の集保水をそれ以外の平面排水板内部分の水と
交流させる様になしても平面排水板の外圧に対す
る耐抗圧に大きな影響を与えない程度のものは設

平面板内に集水するのに集水面積が広くなつて、
非常に早く、多量に集水出来るという従来にない
効果をもたらすと共に、コツプ状凸部を頂部を平
坦面とした形状のものとしてあるので、透水性濾
布や合成樹脂線材製ネツトの接合を完全なものと
することができ、しかも、排水板を土中に埋設し
た場合、排水板に掛かる土圧やさらにその上に掛
かる車輪圧等の排水板面に掛かる外部圧力に耐抗
して、平面がおし潰されることがなく、これに耐
える力が凸部のコツプ状形状によつて保つことが
出来、それによつて平面板内の水の通路が確保出
来るので収水能力や平面板内の水の保水能力やさ
らにこれを排水する場合の排水能力が増大するの
で、結局平面排水板に掛かる外圧である土圧や輪
圧に対抗してよく耐える強度を保ちながら、土中
にある水をより早く、平面排水板内に取り入れ、
しかもその排水板内に保留する量が多くさらに、
これを土外に排出するのに早く、多くの水を排通
水出来るという非常に大きな、効果をもたらす平
