Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the scattering or the consumption of a drug, to facilitate the cutting of breaks and to enhance a fixed form property and longitudinal and lateral mechanical strength, by cutting a large number of discontinuous breaks in a multilayer laminate in a zigzag pattern to stretch said laminate in the direction right-angled to the direction of the breaks and laminating two stretched ones to a drug impermeable plastic sheet in a warp-weft state so as to bring said plastic sheet to an outer layer. CONSTITUTION:A sheet 2, which is composed of a resin formed by impregnating a drug impregnating resin such as an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer with a drug such as perfume or a resin composition prepared by further diluting the drug impregnated resin with a polyolefinic resin, is delivered and drug impermeable sheets 3, 3' composed of a saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer are laminated to said sheet 2 and the whole is uniaxially stretched by stretching or rolling rolls 5, 5' and a large number of uncontinuous breaks 9 are cut in the laminate in a zigzag pattern in a flow direction by a fiber dividing jig 6 and the stretched laminate is widened on a belt conveyor 7 in the direction right-angled to the break direction to form a widened body 8. Subsequently, the widened body 8 is appropriately cut and the cut ones are laminated in a warp-weft state to obtain a drug-containing reticulated body 7.

However, when these methods are applied to drug-containing thermoplastic resins, they undergo a significant thermal history and the drugs,
For example, volatile chemicals such as fragrances may change in quality due to thermal deterioration or dissipate.
Not only does it cause more wear and tear, but it also requires a complicated process and is expensive.

As another method, a film obtained by splitting a film stretched in the longitudinal direction and a film obtained by splitting a film stretched in the transverse direction may be continuously laminated to form a laminated body in warp and war directions. When laminated in a warp and warp pattern, the fixing means is adhesive,
Conventional methods such as heating are fine. When the laminate is not stretched or rolled, the direction of the cuts is not limited to only the stretching direction, but may be in any direction.

An insect repellent stretched polyethylene film with a thickness of 0.05 #Ill obtained by uniaxially stretching a high-density polyethylene film containing 0,01
After extrusion lamination via a molten web of 5IM1 low density polyethylene and at the same time pressing a corona discharge treated second polyethylene terephthalate film with a thickness of 0.012 am on the insect repellent polyethylene layer surface,
After making a large number of discontinuous cuts in the stretching direction, this laminate was expanded to twice the width in the direction perpendicular to the stretching direction.
It was heat set under heating at 0°C to give it regular shape, and a widened body was obtained.

In addition, by constructing the outermost layer of the laminated body in a warp-like pattern with a peelable drug-impermeable plastic sheet,
It has various effects such that the drug does not dissipate or wear out until it is used, and the drug vaporizes or becomes effective only after the peelable, drug-impermeable plastic sheet is peeled off.
