。(Prior art) Conventionally, as a method for lining the inner surface of a pipe body having this kind of bent part, the following three cases are known as -ff.
K is known. That is, the first method is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5A-9
4572, in which a Glastinox tube with a diameter much smaller than the inner diameter of the pipe is heated and softened and inserted into a processing pipe, and the plastic tube is expanded with heated pressurized fluid. This is a method of lining the inner surface of a pipe for processing, and the second method was published in 1977-
As described in Japanese Patent No. 15462, a thermoplastic synthetic resin pipe is heated and softened and processed into a spiral or bellows shape,
This is a method of inserting it into a bent pipe in a softened state and lining it.
As described in Japanese Patent Application No. 9, this method involves inverting a tube in a contracted state so that the inside of the tube is on the outside, and then inserting the tube under pressure into the inner surface of a tube to form a coating.

In this method, even if walnuts and wrinkles occur on the ventral side of the curved part of the plastic tube during insertion, problems such as walnuts and wrinkles do not occur on the chain part because it is inflated to a high magnification and is lined. Due to the high expansion ratio, problems such as peeling due to shrinkage force during cooling and tearing at the back side of the curved portion may occur.

Alternatively, since the disks are bendably connected to each other by a thin film, both of the lining material stretching jigs easily bend when subjected to a force from the side in the direction of the pipe axis, so they cannot be inserted into the lining material. It was fixed and the stretching described above was maintained! The lining material can be forced into the bent pipe up to

It has an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter. Heat the handle to a temperature above 1
By turning 41a, the core member 11a is compressed in the axial direction. After the core member 11a is compressed and shrinks by a certain distance 4, the distance between the fixtures 12a and 13a increases slightly. In this way, the heat-softened portion of the lining material 4 is slightly stretched in the axial direction.
