Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a titled forging machine for forming a formed part of a high quality which is free from a surface damage, by fitting and inserting a push-holder for holding a burr part of the formed part of a die front end part, into the outside periphery of a punch so that it can be energized and slit, holding exactly the burr part at the time of driving of the punch, and preventing its scattering. CONSTITUTION:A push-holder 8 for holding a burr part of a formed part overhung to a die 4 front end holding hole 24 is attached to the outside periphery of a head 14 of a punch 5, b6 energizing slidably it with a spring. At the time of driving of the punch 5, first a cylindrical body 11 holding surface 15 of the tip of the holder 8 holds exactly the burr part of the formed part and prevents its scattering, and as the punch 5 moves backward, the burr part is omitted and removed. する付勢部材を設けた鍛造機を提供することKよって達
成される。

が設げられ、この突部14のダイス4と対向する前端面
が押え面15に形成されている。

内周面に形成したキー溝(いずれのキー溝も図示省略)
が摺嵌されている。この結果、ホルダ8は摺動に際しキ
ー20によって回動不能に案内される。

れたはり2′は飛散することがない(第5図参照)。打
ち扱きが終わると、ポンチ5がダイス4から後退して第
2図の元の待機位置に復帰し、このボンデ5の復帰とと
もにホルダ8もコイルばね17によって係止段部12が
ストッパ181C係止し、押え面15が突起7の前端面
よりやや佐退した位置をとるよ5になる。そのため、保
持孔24内にあって、ホルダBの押え面15によって押
えられていた打抜きはり2′は、ポンチ5の保持孔24
からの後退により保持孔24からダイス4前面の下方に
落下する。また、ポンチ5により凹孔23内に押し込ま
れた制品1′(スパイダ)は凹孔23の保持孔24と反
対側から進入する図示しない作動部材により保持孔側に
押し出され、はり2′と同様にダイス4前面の下方に落

る付勢部材を設けているので、打ち込み時に成形品のは
り部を押え面によって確実に押えることができて、打ち
抜かれたばりが飛散するのを防止することができ、した
がって、従来のように次に打ち抜かれるべき成形品の鯰
面を傷めることが全くなくなり、高品質の製品を供給す
ることができる等のすぐれた効果がある。

て成形品のばり部を押えるように前記ホルダをポンチの
前端部側に付勢する付勢部材を設けたことを特徴とする
