Conventionally, seat padding materials include not only a padding material made of a single material, but also a first cushion member 2 made of a synthetic resin material such as slab urethane, as schematically shown in FIG. There is a cushion pad 1 consisting of a first cushion member 2 and a second cushion member 3 made of a foamed synthetic resin material laminated via a synthetic resin sheet 4 having adhesive properties such as a hot melt sheet. A cushion pad 1 with a good surface feel is obtained.

Further, when the second cushion member 3 is molded by foaming a synthetic resin material, the stock solution of the foamed synthetic resin material impregnates the first cushion member 2, and the impregnated layer formed by the impregnation is hardened. Therefore, the synthetic resin sheet 4 is required to be liquid-tight. On the other hand, when the synthetic resin sheet 4 is laminated on the first cushion member 2 while maintaining liquid-tightness, there is a drawback that the air permeability of the first cushion member 2 and the second cushion member 3 is deteriorated. When a synthetic resin sheet 4 having adhesive properties such as a melt sheet is used, it has to be expensive and has the disadvantage of causing an increase in costs.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a good seating feel and surface feel, good air permeability between the first and second cushion members, and a synthetic resin sheet inserted between the first and second cushion members that has good adhesive properties. The present invention provides an economical cushion pad for automobiles, etc., which allows the use of inexpensive sheets that do not have the same structure, and will become clear from the detailed description below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 schematically show an embodiment in which the cushion pad for an automobile, etc. according to the present invention is applied to a seat cushion of an automobile.
The cushion pad 11 of this seat cushion is formed by foam-molding a first cushion member 12 molded from a synthetic resin material such as slab urethane, and a foamed synthetic resin material provided at the bottom of the first cushion member 12. The first and second cushion members 12 and 13 are bonded to each other via an inexpensive synthetic resin sheet 14 that does not have adhesive properties.

As shown in FIG. 3, the first cushion member 12 and the synthetic resin sheet 14 are temporarily bonded to each other, and a plurality of through holes 15 are formed therethrough in the stacking direction. The size, quantity, and shape of the through holes 15 are not limited to those shown in the drawings, and may be formed in a circular, square, or trapezoidal shape, or may have a trapezoidal cross section.

The cushion pad 11 is made by placing the laminate 16 of the first cushion member 12 and the synthetic resin sheet 14 in close contact with a lower die 18 of a molding machine (not shown) with the first cushion member 12 facing downward (see FIG. 4). Next, the stock solution 13' of the foamed synthetic resin material is injected onto the synthetic resin sheet 14 (see FIG. 4B), and the foamed synthetic resin material is poured into the molding machine with the upper mold 19 sealed in the lower mold 18 of the molding machine. The second cushion member 13 is formed by foam molding (see FIG. 4C). When the foamed synthetic resin material is foamed, the through holes 15 formed in the first cushion member 12 and the synthetic resin sheet 14 are filled with the foamed synthetic resin material, and the second cushion member 13 has a plurality of protrusions 13a. are integrally formed.

When foam-molding the second cushion member 13, the stock solution 13' of the foamed synthetic resin material is blocked by the synthetic resin sheet 14 and does not form an impregnated layer on the lower surface of the first cushion member 12. Although the impregnated layer 20 is formed on the side surface of the through hole 15, the inside of the through hole 15 has a protrusion 1 formed of a foamed synthetic resin material.
3a are respectively filled and the cushion pad 11
The air permeability is independent of the presence of the impregnated layer 20, and there is no possibility that it will be inhibited. Note that the through holes 15 can be formed concentratedly on both sides of the seat cushion, or can be formed concentratedly in the center of the seat cushion, and when the through holes 15 are formed concentratedly, It is possible to form a portion with different hardness in that portion.

The above is a schematic configuration of one embodiment of the cushion pad for automobiles, etc. according to the present invention. According to this configuration, the first cushion member is molded from a synthetic resin material with a good surface feel. It is possible to obtain a cushion pad with excellent seating feeling, and even if the synthetic resin sheet inserted between the first and second cushion members is an inexpensive sheet that does not have adhesive properties, the bumps on the second cushion member will not be affected. Since the part is molded and inserted in a tight fit into a through hole formed in a laminate made of the first cushion member and a synthetic resin sheet, shape retention can be ensured, and breathability is good. , it is possible to obtain cushion pads for automobiles, etc., which are highly economical. Further, by intensively forming through holes in the laminate, it is possible to form portions of different hardness extremely easily.
