Abstract

PURPOSE:To rotate a rotor without power source by forming L-shaped cutouts at the rotor and mounting magnets in the cutouts. CONSTITUTION:A nonmagnetic rotor 2 is filled in a stator magnet 1, and its rotational, shaft is mounted at bearings of a motor. L-shaped cutouts are formed, and magnets 4, 5 are so mounted as to be given the same polarity as that of the inner periphery of the magnet 1. The inner peripheral surface of the magnet 1 is aligned with the same polarity. Thus, the direction of the composite vector acting on the magnets 4, 5 is displaced from the radial line of the rotor 2, thereby obtaining a rotary force.
