［産業上の利用分野］
本発明は、酵母及び／又は酵母抽出物とムコ多糖類を必
須有効成分として含有し、さらには植物抽出物や微生物
産生多糖類を配合した化粧料に関し、皮膚の保湿性に優
れた有用且つ新規な化粧料に関するものである。
膚の新陳代謝を活発にし、皮膚の弾力性、柔軟性を賦与
し、乾燥、肌荒れを防止する等、皮膚の保護と水分の保
持性並びに皮膚改善に優れた効果を有する化粧料を提供
することにある。
［従来の技術］
従来より、化粧料はその重要な機能のひとつである皮膚
の乾燥を防止し、皮膚に潤いを与え、健やかに保つこと
等の目的で利用されてきた。皮膚の適度な水分保持は、
皮膚が正常な機能を営む上で必要不可欠である。従って
、これらの観点から皮膚の保湿性を維持、向上すること
を目的として皮膚保湿効果の高い化粧料及び保湿剤の開
発研究がなされると共に消費者からも強く要望されてい
た。
従来、酵母の保湿効果若しくは皮膚美容効果を利用して
化粧料等に配合することは公知である０例えば酵母菌体
そのものをバックに用いた特公昭３９−４８Ｈ、また酵
母菌体を洗浄料に利用した特開昭５３−２５０？ 、特
開昭５３−２５０８等があス
一方、皮膚の構成成分であり、保湿作用、細胞賦活化作
用等の優れた効果を有するムコ多糖類について、皮膚の
健康面、美容面の観点からこれら成分の有効利用も研究
されてきた。例えば、コンドロイチン硫酸、ヒアルロン
酸等のムコ多糖およびこれら関連物質を単独乃至一部他
の成分と併用して扱ったものに特公昭３３−５００゜特

［発明が解決しようとする問題点］
前記した如く、酵母若しくは酵母抽出物、ムコ多糖類は
、皮膚保湿効果、美容効果に有用なものである。しかし
ながら、これらの単独配合では、その期待される作用効
果が十分に発揮されず、満足すべきものに到っていない
。またこれらと他の成分の相乗作用効果について十分検
４’ｆされていないのが現状であり、有効利用した例も
あまり知られておらず、従って単に配合したたけでは保
湿効果に優れた化粧料も得られていない。
さらに、皮膚保湿は、化粧料の究極的な問題でもあり、
優れた保湿効果を有する化粧料の開発が切望されてきた
。
［問題点を解決するための手段］
本発明者等は、従来になく保湿効果の高い化粧料を得る
べく、種々の保湿剤について巾広く鋭意研究した結果、
酵母及び／又は酵母抽出物とムコ多糖類を併用すること
により、さらには前記成分と共に植物抽出物や微生物産
生多糖類を配合することでなお一層効果的となり、皮膚
保湿効果が極めて顕著に高められることを見い出し、こ
の知見をもって本発明を完成させたのマある。
すなわち、本発明は、酵母及び／又は酵母抽出物とムコ
多糖類を必須成分として含有することを特徴とし、さら
には前記成分と共に植物抽出物又は微生物産生多糖類の
群から選ばれる１種又は２種以上を配合した化粧料にあ
り、皮膚の新陳代謝を活発にし、皮膚の弾力性、柔軟性
を賦与し、乾燥を防止する等、皮膚の保護と水分の保持
性並びに皮膚改善に優れた効果を有する化粧料を提供す
ることにある。
以下、本発明の構成について説明する。
本発明に必須成分として使用される酵母、酵１１ｊ）抽
出物には酵母生菌体そのもの、酵母菌体を化
乾燥粉末化したもの及び酵母菌体を自己消臭。
熱水抽出、酸加水分解、酵素分解等の適当な条件下で可
溶化、抽出、精製等を行った酵母エキス等がある。酵母
は一般にビール酵母、パン酵母等５ａｃｃｈａｒｏｎ＋
ｙｃｅｓ属その他があり、また酵母抽出物を得る場合、
菌体の破壊処理として物理的、化学的、生化学的方法に
よって行なわれる。本発明には、原料となる菌体種、起
源や抽出方法、精製法、処理方法等の製造方法を問わず
、任意に選択、使用出来る。中でも、市販されている酵
母の乾燥粉末、酵母エキスが扱い易く、また容易に入手
でき便利である。

、ビタミン、アミノ酸、糖質、核酸関連物質等有用な成
分が含まれている。
本発明に必須成分として使用されるムコ多糖類としては
、コンドロイチン硫酸、ヒアルロン酸、キチン等と、及
びそれらの塩類、並びにそれらの誘導体を挙げることが
できる。ムコ多糖類は、皮膚の構成成分であり、一般に
動物由来、微生物由来、合成品、何れでも使用出来る。
すなわち起源、抽出方法、精製処理方法等異なってもよ
く、特に限定するものではない。
次に配合量について説明する。尚、配合量は重量％であ
り、以下単に％と表記する。
本発明に於いて、酵母、酵母抽出物の配合量はｏ、ｏｏ
ｏｔ％〜２０％で所望に応じて選択でき、ムコ多糖類は
、Ｏ，０Ｏ０１％〜５％が使用上好ましく、この範囲で
あれば、効果が十分に発揮出来、本発明の目的を達成し
得る。とりわけ、本発明に於いて、酵母及び／又は酵母
抽出物とムコ多糖類の配合比が０．１ ： ５０〜５０
：０．１の範囲で使用すると、最も好適であり、併用効
果が非常に効果的に発揮される。
本発明の化粧料は、丘記酵母、酵母抽出物ムコ多糖類を
併用し必須含有成分の相乗作用効果を有効利用すること
を特徴とするものであるが、さらにそれら成分に加え、
植物抽出物又は微生物産生多糖類を添加することにより
、皮膚保湿性がさらに増強される。
この場合使用される植物抽出物゛とは、植物より得られ
る粘液質などで多糖類を含有するものである。例えば、
マルメロ抽出液、フアルファラ抽出物、二ロバ抽出液、
アルテニア抽出物、ゼニアオイ抽出物等が挙げられる。
また、アロエ、ジオウ、当帰等の生薬抽出物、ホモフル
ーツ等の果物や野菜の抽出物、アルゲコロイド等の海藻
類の抽出物も含み、有用である。これら植物抽出物の配
合量は、ｏ、ｏｏｔ〜２０％であり、この範囲で有効で
ある。
微生物産生多糖類としては、カードラン、キサンタンガ
ム、プルラン等の微生物より作り出される多糖類を挙げ
ることができる。これらの微生物産生多糖類の配合量は
、ｏ、ｏｏｏｔ〜２０％であり、この範囲で有効である
。
次に本発明の保湿効果について、本発明品および比較対
照品の保湿効果測定結果を以って説明する。
サンプル
表１に、本発明品及び比較対照品である化粧水の処方を
示す、尚、配合量は重量％である。

スメーター（モデル １．Ｂ、 ３５５ ）にてコンダ
クタンス（単位はＪＬＶ）を測定し、次いで、各測定箇
所に各サンプルｔｏｇ＋を塗布２時間後に同様にインピ
ーダンスメーターにて測定する。
保湿性値は１次式の如く求め、結果を表２に示す。
尚、保湿性値は、値が大きい程保湿効果が高いことを示
している。

表２の結果から明らかな如く、本発明品である［ａ］〜
［Ｃ］′の化粧水は、比較対照量である化粧水、［ａｌ
〜［ｄｌの化粧水と比較して、はるかに高い保湿性が認
められる。すなわち、高い保湿性を示したのは、酵母エ
キスとヒアルロン酸、酵母エキスとヒアルロン酸とアロ
エ抽出物、酵母エキスとヒアルロン酸とプルランの組み
合せ配合したものであって、単独や他の組み合せより優
れている。従って、酵母、酵母抽出物、ムコ多糖類を単
独で使用するより、併用することで相乗的にきわめて効
果的に保湿硬化が発揮され、なおかつ植物抽出物、微生
物産性多糖類を添加することで一層増強されることが判
る。
口）使用テスト
表１に示した本発明品、比較対照量をサンプルとして用
い、本発明品［ａｌの成分中、酵母エキス、ヒアルロン
酸を除いた化粧水ベースを比較対照量Ｅｅｌ として、
本発明の化粧料の作用効果につき、使用テストにより試
験を実施した。
使用テストは、各群成年女子１０名をパネルとし、顔面
に２週間（朝夕、２回）塗布連用することで行った。評
価は、比較対照量［ｅ］との比較を基に２週間後の「し
っとり感」の項目をもってその有効性を判定した。
結果は表１に示したとおりであるが、比較対照量と比較
した２週間後の効果を人数で、また、評価点を比較対照
量に比べ、以下の如く点数を与えることによって求め、
表わした。

表３の結果から明らかな如く、本発明品であ・る［ａ１
〜［ｃ］の化粧水は、比較対照量の［ａｌ〜［ｄｌの化
粧水と比較し、より良い評価が得られ肌にしっとり感を
賦与する効果に優れていることが判る。すなわち、本発
明により、優れた保湿効果が得られることが確認された
。
以上の如く、本発明は皮膚にとってきわめて有用なもの
であり、本発明品の使用により、皮膚の新陳代謝を活発
にし、皮膚保湿性が高く、皮膚の弾力性、柔軟性を増し
、肌にしっとり感、うるおいを与え、乾燥、肌荒れを防
止すること等が可能となる。
本発明に係る化粧料としては、いかなる形態でもよく種
々のタイプ、例えば柔軟化粧水、収斂性化粧水、洗浄用
化粧水等の化粧水類、エモリエントクリーム、マツサー
ジクリーム、クレンジングクリーム、メイクアップクリ
ーム等のクリーム類、エモリエント乳液、モイスチュア
乳液、ミルキイローシ望ン、ナリシング乳液、クレンジ
ング乳液類の乳液類、ゼリー状パッり、ペースト状パッ
ク、粉末状パック等のパック類、及び洗顔料類などが主
なものとして挙げられる。またこれら化粧料は、通常化
粧料用原料の中から所望に応じて任意に選択、組み合せ
て構成されるものである。
さらに、本発明に必須である前記成分の他に一般的に用
いられる保湿剤、例えば、プロピレングリコール、１．
３−ブチレングリコール、グリセリン、ポリエチレング
リコール等の多価アルコール類、ＰＣＡソーダ、乳酸ソ
ーダ等の有機酸及びその塩類、コラーゲン、エラスチン
等のペプチドまたは蛋白質類、ショ糖、ソルビトール、
マルチトール糖の糖類、及び胎盤エキス等の天然物由来
のもの、その他アミノ酸類等が適宜使用可能である。
次に本発明について、実施例を挙げてさらに説明する。
これらは本発明を何ら限定するものでない。

荒れ防止等の効果を奏するものであった。

以上の如くして得られた実施例［４］の化粧水は、保湿
効果がきわめて高く、使用後肌にしっとり感があり、肌
になめらかさ、弾力性を与え、ハリが感じられ、また肌
荒れ防１Ｌ等の効果を奏するものであった。
［発明の効果］
本発明は、酵母及び／又は酵母抽出物とムコ多糖類とを
必須有効成分として併用することにより、これら成分の
作用効果が相乗的に発揮され、皮膚保湿に極めて優れた
効果を奏する化粧料が得られたことにある。
また、酵母、酵母抽出物、ムコ多糖類に加え、植物抽出
物や微生物産生多糖類を添加すると、皮膚保湿性に有効
でこれら成分の配合効果により、さらに一層保湿効果が
向上する。
従って、本発明の化粧料を使用した場合、皮膚の新陳代
謝を活発にし、また皮膚に水分を保持し、皮膚に弾力性
、柔軟性、湿潤性を賦与し、乾燥、肌荒れを防止する等
の顕著な効果が得られる。
すなわち、本発明により、従来になく優れた保湿効果を
有し、皮膚の保護と水分の保持性並びに皮膚改善に優れ
た、きわめて有用な化粧料の提供が可能となったのであ
る。

[Effects of the Invention] The present invention provides an extremely excellent skin moisturizing effect by using yeast and/or yeast extract and mucopolysaccharides together as essential active ingredients, whereby the effects of these ingredients are synergistically exhibited. The reason lies in the fact that we have obtained a cosmetic that performs the following functions. Further, in addition to yeast, yeast extract, and mucopolysaccharides, addition of plant extracts and polysaccharides produced by microorganisms is effective in moisturizing the skin, and the effect of blending these ingredients further improves the moisturizing effect. Therefore, when the cosmetic of the present invention is used, it activates skin metabolism, retains moisture in the skin, imparts elasticity, flexibility, and moisture to the skin, and prevents dryness and rough skin.
