[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to cosmetics containing yeast and/or yeast extract and mucopolysaccharides as essential active ingredients, and further containing plant extracts and polysaccharides produced by microorganisms. The present invention relates to useful and novel cosmetics with excellent properties. To provide cosmetics that have excellent effects on skin protection, moisture retention, and skin improvement, such as activating skin metabolism, imparting skin elasticity and flexibility, and preventing dryness and rough skin. be. [Prior Art] Cosmetics have traditionally been used for one of their important functions: preventing skin dryness, moisturizing the skin, and keeping it healthy. Appropriate moisture retention in the skin
It is essential for the normal functioning of the skin. Therefore, from these viewpoints, research has been conducted to develop cosmetics and moisturizers with high skin moisturizing effects for the purpose of maintaining and improving skin moisturizing properties, and there has been a strong demand from consumers. Conventionally, it has been known to utilize the moisturizing effect or skin beauty effect of yeast to incorporate it into cosmetics. JP-A-53-250 used? On the other hand, mucopolysaccharides, which are constituent components of the skin and have excellent effects such as moisturizing and cell activation effects, have been studied from the viewpoint of skin health and beauty. The effective use of ingredients has also been studied. For example, chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid, and other mucopolysaccharides and their related substances, either alone or in combination with some other ingredients, are covered by JP-B-33-500°, JP-B-41-20580, JP-A-50-64442, JP 54-52733, JP 55-153711, JP 55-160712, JP 57-183707

There is 08 etc. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] As described above, yeast or yeast extracts and mucopolysaccharides are useful for skin moisturizing effects and cosmetic effects. However, when these are used alone, the expected effects are not fully exhibited and the results are not satisfactory. In addition, the synergistic effects of these ingredients and other ingredients have not been sufficiently examined4'f, and there are not many examples of their effective use. Therefore, simply blending these ingredients with other ingredients is not enough to make cosmetics with excellent moisturizing effects. have not been obtained either. Furthermore, skin moisturization is the ultimate problem for cosmetics.
There has been a strong desire to develop cosmetics with excellent moisturizing effects. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present inventors have conducted extensive research on various moisturizing agents in order to obtain cosmetics with higher moisturizing effects than ever before.
By using yeast and/or yeast extract in combination with mucopolysaccharide, and furthermore by blending plant extracts and microbial-produced polysaccharides with the above ingredients, it becomes even more effective, and the skin moisturizing effect is extremely significantly enhanced. This discovery led to the completion of the present invention. That is, the present invention is characterized by containing yeast and/or yeast extract and mucopolysaccharides as essential components, and further contains one or two selected from the group of plant extracts or microorganism-produced polysaccharides together with the above components. Cosmetics that contain more than 100% of these ingredients have excellent effects on skin protection, moisture retention, and skin improvement, such as activating skin metabolism, giving skin elasticity and flexibility, and preventing dryness. The objective is to provide cosmetics that have the following properties. The configuration of the present invention will be explained below. Yeast and yeast 11j) extracts used as an essential component in the present invention include live yeast cells themselves, yeast cells that have been dried and powdered, and yeast cells that are self-deodorizing. There are yeast extracts that have been solubilized, extracted, purified, etc. under appropriate conditions such as hot water extraction, acid hydrolysis, and enzymatic decomposition. Yeast is generally 5accharon+ such as beer yeast and baker's yeast.
Yces genus and others, and when obtaining yeast extract,
The destruction of bacterial cells is carried out by physical, chemical, or biochemical methods. In the present invention, any material can be selected and used regardless of the bacterial species, origin, extraction method, purification method, processing method, and other manufacturing methods used as raw materials. Among these, commercially available yeast dry powders and yeast extracts are convenient and easy to handle. L-Furnace M and bird offering re-cloth outer ring 1
Contains useful ingredients such as intestinal substances, inorganic groups, organic acids, vitamins, amino acids, carbohydrates, and nucleic acid-related substances. Examples of the mucopolysaccharide used as an essential component in the present invention include chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid, chitin, salts thereof, and derivatives thereof. Mucopolysaccharide is a constituent of the skin, and generally any of animal-derived, microbial-derived, and synthetic products can be used. That is, the origin, extraction method, purification method, etc. may be different, and there are no particular limitations. Next, the blending amount will be explained. Incidentally, the blending amount is expressed as % by weight, and hereinafter simply expressed as %. In the present invention, the blending amount of yeast and yeast extract is o, oo
It can be selected as desired from ot% to 20%, and the mucopolysaccharide is preferably used at 1% to 5% O,0O. Within this range, the effect can be sufficiently exhibited and the purpose of the present invention can be achieved. obtain. In particular, in the present invention, the blending ratio of yeast and/or yeast extract to mucopolysaccharide is 0.1:50 to 50.
:0.1 is most suitable and the combined effect is very effectively exhibited. The cosmetic of the present invention is characterized in that it utilizes the synergistic effects of the essential ingredients by using the combination of Okuki yeast, yeast extract, and mucopolysaccharide, and furthermore, in addition to these ingredients,
Skin moisturizing properties are further enhanced by adding plant extracts or microbially produced polysaccharides. The plant extract used in this case is a mucilage obtained from plants and contains polysaccharides. for example,
Quince extract, Fafalala extract, Niroba extract,
Examples include artenia extract, mallow extract, and the like. Also useful are extracts of herbal medicines such as aloe, rhododendron, and herbal medicine, extracts of fruits and vegetables such as homofruit, and extracts of seaweeds such as algae colloid. The blending amount of these plant extracts is o, oot to 20%, and is effective within this range. Examples of polysaccharides produced by microorganisms include polysaccharides produced by microorganisms such as curdlan, xanthan gum, and pullulan. The blending amount of these microorganism-produced polysaccharides is o,ooot to 20%, and is effective within this range. Next, the moisturizing effect of the present invention will be explained using the results of measuring the moisturizing effect of the present invention product and a comparative product. Sample Table 1 shows the formulations of lotions that are the products of the present invention and comparative products, and the amounts are expressed in weight %. (Leaving space below) Table 1 Cosmetic water (preparation method) Mix and dissolve ingredients selected from (1) to (4) and (+01), add (5) to (9), and stir and mix. te1
Lotion products of the present invention and comparative products are obtained. The moisturizing effect of the products of the present invention and the comparative products, which were obtained as described above and served as samples, was measured. b) Moisture measurement by impedance Measure the pressure side of the forearm of normal skin (φ = 1 cm) in advance by
Conductance (unit: JLV) with impedance meter (Model 1.B, 355) attached to 1, B, S, Co., Ltd. Then, 2 hours after applying each sample TOG+ to each measurement location, the impedance was measured in the same manner using an impedance meter. The moisture retention value was determined using a linear equation, and the results are shown in Table 2. In addition, the moisturizing property value indicates that the larger the value, the higher the moisturizing effect. Table 2 Moisture retention measurement result correction value = ±0.83 Measurement conditions: Temperature 25°C Humidity 50% As is clear from the results of Table 2, the products of the present invention [a] ~

~[Compared to DL lotion, much higher moisturizing properties are observed. In other words, the combinations of yeast extract and hyaluronic acid, yeast extract, hyaluronic acid, and aloe extract, and yeast extract, hyaluronic acid, and pullulan showed high moisturizing properties, and these combinations were superior to either alone or other combinations. ing. Therefore, rather than using yeast, yeast extract, and mucopolysaccharides alone, using them in combination synergistically provides extremely effective moisturizing and hardening, and adding plant extracts and microbial polysaccharides It can be seen that it is further strengthened. (mouth) Usage Test Using the present invention product and the comparative amount shown in Table 1 as samples, the present invention product [al component, the lotion base excluding yeast extract and hyaluronic acid, was used as the comparative control amount Eel]
The effects of the cosmetics of the present invention were tested by use tests. The usage test was conducted with 10 adult females from each group as a panel, and the product was repeatedly applied to the face for 2 weeks (twice in the morning and evening). The evaluation was based on the comparison with the comparative amount [e], and the effectiveness was determined based on the item of "moist feeling" after 2 weeks. The results are shown in Table 1, and the effect after 2 weeks compared with the comparative dose was determined by the number of people, and the evaluation points were compared with the comparative control dose, and the points were given as follows.

[Effects of the Invention] The present invention provides an extremely excellent skin moisturizing effect by using yeast and/or yeast extract and mucopolysaccharides together as essential active ingredients, whereby the effects of these ingredients are synergistically exhibited. The reason lies in the fact that we have obtained a cosmetic that performs the following functions. Further, in addition to yeast, yeast extract, and mucopolysaccharides, addition of plant extracts and polysaccharides produced by microorganisms is effective in moisturizing the skin, and the effect of blending these ingredients further improves the moisturizing effect. Therefore, when the cosmetic of the present invention is used, it activates skin metabolism, retains moisture in the skin, imparts elasticity, flexibility, and moisture to the skin, and prevents dryness and rough skin. You can get the following effect. That is, the present invention has made it possible to provide an extremely useful cosmetic that has an unprecedented moisturizing effect and is excellent in skin protection, moisture retention, and skin improvement.
