Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A mixture for producing ice cream, etc., is initially filled in a container and liquid nitrogen or a gas based on the liquid nitrogen is then introduced into the afore-mentioned mixture while being stirred to cool the mixture and afford the aimed product. Furthermore, the liquid nitrogen for cooling is preferably blended with air and adjusted to a suitable temperature.
