Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten a manufacturing process for forming a superconductive ring and an input coil, by covering the insulating groove of the superconductive ring with a part of the input coil. CONSTITUTION:At first, a convex superconductive ring 31 having a hole 33 and an insulating groove 34 is vapor-deposited on a substrate. Subsequently, an insulating film is formed to the entire surface of the substrate and the part other than the part shown by a code (x) at the upper part of the groove 34 and a lead wire 41 is masked and a superconductive metal is vapor-deposited to said part. Further, an insulating film is formed excepting the part of a code (y) of the superconductive metal at the code (x), that is, the part becoming the inside terminal of an input coil. Next, by forming an input coil 2 containing a lead wire 40, the groove 34 can be covered with a part of the input coil 2. As a result, since the opening process above the grove 34 and the superconductive metal vapor deposition process on the groove 34 can be reduced, a manufacturing process forming the ring 31 and the coil 2 is shortened.
