Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the signal distortion as much as possible, by negatively feeding back a part of the circuit output to the emitter of a reverse conduction type transistor (TR) that receives at its base the output of a TR to which an input signal is applied. CONSTITUTION:A current I2 that is decided by an input voltage V1, the base- emitter voltage of TRs Q1 and Q2 plus a resistance R2 flowed to the TRQ2; and a current decided by the current Miller ratio among the current I2 plus resistances R3 and R4 flows to the TRQ1. As a result, the current flowing to an output resistance R6 has no relation to the base-emitter voltage of a TR and is decided by the current Miller ratio between the resistances R3 and R5. Furthermore a part of the output V0 is negatively fed back to the emitter of the TRQ2 by a resistance R7 in order to negate the signal distortion of a current Miller circuit 1 which is caused by the variance of the temperature characteristics, etc.
