Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the composition of a maganetizing device and to easily perform the automatization of the assembly of a field device without breaking ferrite magnets by fixing the ferrite magnets to the internal circumference surface of a cylindrical yoke after permanently magnetizing the ferrite magnets. CONSTITUTION:Ferrite magnets 3a, 3b are permanently magnetized as shown by arrows A before fixing the ferrite magnets 3a, 3b to a cylindrical yoke 2 by a magnetizing device. Next, permanently magnetized ferrite magnets 3a, 3b are fixed to a predetermined position at the internal circumference surface of the cylindrical yoke 2 as shown by arrows B. In this way, the composition of the magnetizing device becomes simple and the ferrite magnets will not be broken and the automatization of the assembly of a field device can easily be performed.
