Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the temperature dependence of the electricity-energy conversion characteristic by inserting a voltage controlling circuit to a power supply line for an electricity-energy converter which changes the characteristics in accordance with temperature. CONSTITUTION:A stabilized DC power source voltage Vcc is supplied to an input terminal 4, and an output voltage V'cc having a prescribed temperature coefficient is obtained from an output terminal 5. An NPN transistor TR6 is connected between the input terminal 4 and the output terminal 5, and a bias circuit is so constituted that the impedance of the TR6 is changed in accordance with temperature. That is, resistance R1 and R2 are connected in series between terminals 4 and 5, and a thermistor 3 is connected in parallel with the resistance R2. The voltage at the connection point between resistances R1 and R2 is given as a bias voltage to the base of the TR6.
