Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The diode 31 having almost equal forward characteristics as the base to emitter characteristics of the error amplification transistor TR7 is connected to the reference voltage element 10. On the other hand, the Zener voltage element 30 having almost equal operating voltage as the element 10 is connected to the output terminal the same side as the connection of the element 10 in the output voltage detection circuit. Thus, the Zener voltage elements 30 and 10, diode 31 and TR7 are corrected each other to show stable characteristics and the resistor 19 can be set to sufficiently small value. Thus, the ripple rejection rate can be made higher.
