Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the heat resistance of a ceramic layer by interposing Pt between an alloy bond layer and the ceramic layer when the surface of a heat engine made of heat resistant alloy is spray-coated with the ceramic layer with the alloy bond layer in-between. CONSTITUTION:When a heat resistant ceramic coating layer 4 is formed on the surface of a heat resistant alloy substrate 1 of an Ni, Fe or Co alloy, an alloy bond layer 2 of Ni-Al, Ni-Cr or the like is first formed on the surface of the substrate 1 by spraying. After forming a Pt or Pt alloy layer 3, the heat resistant ceramic coating layer 4 of ZrO2, Al2O3 or the like is formed y spraying. The ceramic coating layer does not exfoliate, and the burability of the heat resistant alloy substrate 1 at high temp. is enhanced.
