Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an amplifying circuit for a difference voltage which is not limited by the dynamic range of a differential amplifier, by switching capacitors MOS switches that connect signal input terminals and capacitors in a cross shape and in parallel. CONSTITUTION:Capacitors to be applied with an input signal are alternated by MOS switches T1 and T2 that connect signal input terminals 1 and 2 and one-side terminals 9 and 10 of capacitors C1 and C2 in a cross shape and MOS switches T3 and T4 that make parallel connections. The other-side terminals of capacitors C1 and C2 are connected to input terminals 7 and 8 of single-stage differential amplifier 11, whose input terminals 7 and 8 are connected to output terminals 5 and 6 of differential amplifier 11 and the other MOS switches T5 and T6. Then, control electrodes of MOS switches T1, T2, T5, and T6 are connected in common to control terminal 3, and those of MOS switches T3 and T4 to control terminal 4. Thus, the amplifying circuit for a difference voltage that is not limited by the dynamic range of differential amplifier 11.
