Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve functions of a low-output voltage protecting circuit by providing as a switch a transistor controlled by an output voltage between a voltage detection point and a detection terminal. CONSTITUTION:Since a load current is supplied to a transistor 11 as far as a load voltage is normal, a current is flowed through a resistance R2 to cause a voltage drop, but the voltage of a reference power source 9 is lower, so that a low-output voltage protecting circuit 8 will not supply a signal to a power circuit 2. Once the load voltage drops, the transistor 11 turns off, so a voltage drop across the resistance R2 decreases to make the voltage of the reference power source 9 higher, so that the low-output voltage protecting circuit 8 supplies the signal to the power circuit 2.
