Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify the parts control, reduce the molding costs and simplify the adjustment after the connection of right and left stator plates by forming the stator plates of the step motor in the same shape while the polarity of the stator is asymmertrical.
CONSTITUTION: A step motor 100 is composed of right and left stator plates 110 and 120, a rotor 140 and an excitation coil 150. Couplihg pieces 112 and 114 and a stator pole hole 116 are formed on the left stator plate 110, while coupling pieces 122 and 124 and a stator pole hole 126 are formed on the right stator plate 120. Notches 118 and 128 symmetrical to the rotor center shaft are formed on the pole holes 116 and 126 to have a total of two dynamic poles thereon, each one for the stator plate 110 and 120. The two stator plates 110 and 120 are formed in the same shape while one magnetic circuit is formed on the stator plates each.
