Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the conversion efficiency by narrowing the magnetic space for the speaker or the like through formation of the V-shaped or adverse V-shaped diaphragm and thus applying the magnetic flux vertically to each piece of the diaphragm to increase the density of the magnetic flux. CONSTITUTION:Diaphragm 5 featuring the V-shaped cross-section is located along V-shaped concavity part 4a formed on the upper surface of pole 4 with a small space secured as the vent hole. At the same time, component pieces 5a and 5b of diaphragm 5 form the going and coming-back paths of the current, and spacer 6 supporting diaphragm 5 is supported by yoke 2. A number of slits 7a are drilled to V-shaped plate 7 provided on the upper surface of diaphragm 5 to make the sound pass through. Accordingly, the magnetic flux given from magnet 3 passes through vertically to diaphragm 5 from plate 7 to pole 4. And when the current flows to pieces 5a and 5b, diaphragm 5 vibrates in the direction of the compound force of the driving force. Then the sound wave is radiated through slit 7a.
