Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to regulate fluid pressure to any value through simple structure by making airtight both the ends of an elastic-material tube with a sealed- in rigid body in its middle by a valve body and holders and by sealing a constant- pressure fluid by providing a gap between the tube and valve body.
CONSTITUTION: Rigid body 2 is sealed in the middle of elastic-material tube 1, whose ends are both fixed hermetically by external valve body 3 and internal holders 4 and 4', and at the outer circumference of the part where rigid body 2 has been sealed, gap 5 is provided between tube 1 and valve 3, thereby making it possible to a constant-pressure fluid. Consequently, an variable orifice formed at the circumference of the rigid body is controlled direct by the fluid pressure via the elastic-material tube, so that a stable control state can be realized without waste of structure in terms of the ranges of a differnce in pressure, flow and viscosity.
