Abstract

PURPOSE:To heighten stability, by providing an output transformer with a tertiary winding to generate a first feedback signal to a switching section and providing a compensation circuit which detects an input current to the switching section to generate a second feedback signal thereto. CONSTITUTION:In a stationary state, an output voltage across the secondary winding 17b is stabilized at a set value. When the voltage of a power source 11 fluctuates, the fluctuation is detected by a tertiary winding 17c to supply a first feedback signal to a switching section 12. At that time, the switching section is controlled to keep the output voltage of an output transformer 17 constant. When a load 21 fluctuates, an input current to the switching section 12 varies in proportion to the fluctuation in the load and a compensation circuit 23 supplies the second positive feedback signal to the swtiching section 12 to stabilize the output voltage at the set value.
