Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 改良された表面硬度と引掻抵抗とを有し且つ230℃/2.16kgで0.1〜50g/ 10分の範囲のメルトインデックスMI、特に230℃/2.16kgで3〜40g/10分の範囲 のメルトインデックスMIを有するポリオレフィンアロイであって、 (A)ポリプロピレン単独重合体からなるか又はプロピレンとエチレン及び/又 はブタジエンとの共重合体からなるポリプロピレン40〜80重量%(但し、該ポリ プロピレンはエチレン及び/又はブタジエン重合単位を5〜35モル%含有し且つ 100,000〜300,000の分子量Mwと230℃/2.16kgで0.1〜20g/10分のメルトインデ ックスMIとを有し得る)と、 (B)グラフトポリプロピレン単独重合体からなるか又はプロピレンとエチレン 及び/又はブタジエンとの共重合体からなる官能化ポリプロピレンであって、0. 2〜10重量%のグラフト率をもつ官能化ポリプロピレン1〜10重量%と、 (C)約2.5μmの平均粒度と約20μmの最大粒度とを有し且つ0.2〜5重量%のア ミノシランで表面処理されている無機物1〜50重量%と、 (D)シリカ25〜75重量%と脂肪酸アミド75〜25重量%とを含有してなる非晶質 の脂肪酸処理シリカゲル1〜15重量%と、 (E)230℃/2.16kgで1〜10g/10分の範囲のメルトインデックスMIと、30〜70 のショアーD硬度とを有するエチレン/プロピレン/ポリレン・三元共重合体(E PDM)0〜40重量% との配合物によって構成されるものであることを特徴とするポリオレフィンアロ イ。 2. 前記の官能化ポリプロピレン単独重合体又はプロピレンとエチレン及び /又はブタジエンとの共重合体(B)が無水マレイン酸、アクリル酸、アクリル酸 エステル及びメタクリル酸エステル、ビニルシラン類並びに他のビニル化合物の 中から選択される化合物、好ましくは無水アレイン酸を用いてグラフト化されて いるものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のポリオレフィンアロイ。 3. 前記のポリプロピレン(A)がプロピレンとエチレンとの共重合体であ り且つエチレン重合単位を5〜25重量%の含有率で有するものであることを特徴 とする請求項1又は2記載のポリオレフィンアロイ。 4. (A)が60〜80重量%と、 (B)が2.5〜7.5重量%と、 (C)が7.5〜35重量%と、 (D)が2.5〜7.5重量%と、 (E)が0〜25重量%と の配合物によって構成されるものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれ か1項に記載のポリオレフィンアロイ。 5. 前記の官能化ポリプロピレン(B)が0.5〜2重量%のグラフト率を有する ものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のポリオレフィ ンアロイ。 6. 前記の表面処理されている無機物(C)がアミノシラン約1重量%で表面処 理されているものである請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のポリオレフィンア ロイ。 7. 前記の無機物(C)がウォラストナイト、カオリン、雲母、炭酸カルシウム 及びタルクの中から選択されるものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいず れか1項に記載のポリオレフィンアロイ。 8. 前記の無機物(C)がタルクであることを特徴とする請求項7記載のポリオ レフィンアロイ。 9. 前記の成分(A)、(B)、(C)及び(D)並びに場合によって使用される成分(E) を配合し;溶融し且つ好ましくは得られた配合物を混練りし;次いで得られた配 合物を冷却し且つ粗砕する工程を特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載 のポリオレフィンアロイの製造方法。 10. 前記の成分(A)及び(B)並びに場合によって使用される成分(E)を配合し; 得られた配合物を溶融し;得られた溶融物に前記の成分(C)及び(D)を配合し、好 ましくは得られた配合物を混練りし;次いで得られた配合物を冷却し且つ粗砕す る工程を特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のポリオレフィンアロイ の製造方法。
