Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下の工程 (1) アリル試薬を準備すること、 (2) 工程(1)からのアリル試薬を用いて、分子あたり少なくとも1個の活性水 素原子を含む1種以上の化合物をアリル化し、アリルエーテル、アリルチオエー テルもしくはアリルアリールアミン化合物を形成すること、 (3) 工程(2)からの化合物上のアリル基をエポキシ基に転化してグリシジルエ ーテル、グリシジルチオエーテルもしくはグリシジルアリールアミン化合物を形 成すること を含み、前記アリル試薬がアリルカルボキシレート又はアリルカーボネートであ ることを特徴とする、エポキシ含有化合物の製造方法 2.前記アリル試薬がアリルカルボキシレートである、請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記アリルカルボキシレートが、プロピレン、酸素及びカルボン酸を触媒 の存在下において反応させることにより工程(1)において製造される、請求項2 記載の方法。 4.前記活性水素含有化合物がヒドロキシル基を1個以上含み、生成物がグリ シジルエーテル化合物である、請求項1〜3のいずれか記載の方法。 5.前記活性水素含有化合物が、平均1個より多くかつ10個以下のフェノール 性ヒドロキシル基を含む、請求項4記載の方法。 6.工程(2)が遷移金属触媒により触媒される、請求項1〜5のいずれか記載 の方法。 7.工程(2)における触媒が、モリブデン、ニッケル、パラジウム又は白金を 含む、請求項7記載の方法。 8.工程(2)における反応混合物が錯化剤をさらに含む、請求項6又は7記載 の方法。 9.工程(2)の反応混合物が、活性水素含有化合物に対し少なくとも1:1の 当量比で塩基をさらに含む、請求項2記載の方法。 10.前記塩基がアルカリ金属及びアルカリ土類金属炭酸水素塩、炭酸塩、リン 酸塩、クエン酸塩、水酸化物又は酢酸塩である、請求項9記載の方法。 11.工程(3)が過酸化水素化合物を用いて行われる、請求項1〜10のいずれか 記載の方法。
